Jacob (Manager) was so helpful to me. I actually went for assistance with something that didn’t involve a car wash, and he was so kind and patient and helped me resolve my issue. Good human!

Do they no longer provide undercarriage washes only? I remember getting them in the past, especially after the roads were brined during the winter.

I bought a “buy one get one free” vaucher previously. I return today to use my vaucher. I have to admit, the person who vacuum and wipe my car did a very poor job. I opened the back trunk, and door, I notice nothing was vacuumed. The inside was not even wiped. When I ask the little blonde girl, she said that the person did it really fast and left. She ended up doing his job and revacuum and swiped my car. If management sees this, they should do a better job hiring.

From lack of vacuuming to “lost” items in my vehicle - service here is horrible.
For me to pay $70 a month for services for the most bottom shelf service is ridiculous. Never going back to the location.

Worst Autobell I have use. Monthly membership for 2 cars. They continued to work 3 cars that came in after me even though I pointed it out to them. I always tip $10. This time I made the mistake to buy a tip voucher with my credit card. Unfortunately, they are only good for one day, at this Concord location. I seriously consider just tearing them up the service was so poor.

Very poor experience. I asked for “rain repellent special” service. They didnt clean the seats, cup holders and carpet properly. I will never go back to this place again.

When I got back into my car at first glance everything smelled and looked ok. Then when I drove away I seen the the things they missed. My cup holders, door handles the inside of my windshield, under my front seats. Definitely missed alot that was noticeable. Attention to detail was not given. Probably will not return.

The guys who work here is hard worker and they go way beyond to make you happy they do a great job on your car no matter how hot it’s outside they are quick and fast and I believe if you have a good heart ❤️ you will give these guys a tip for doing a great job like I did I’m a new customer as of June 28 2024
