Apparently, they have changed a bunch of policies about using their pet wash and allowing outside soap to ensure your animal is clean. My dog has extremely sensitive and flaky skin and is required to use medicated shampoo. I have been using pet supermarket bathtubs for coming up on at least five years in multiple locations and have never been stopped or told I cannot do my own soap once the associate realized I was using my own soap. She told me I would be required to stay within a 30 minute timeframe. I have called customer service and asked to speak with multiple external management and have been looped in circles for the last hour.

What an improvement over store in Winston. Store staff makes all the difference and product availability is a plus. There is, however, one product that may soon stop store exclusivity.

Everybody there is super friendly all the time, it does seem like the people working there don't really want to work there. We go there every other week to get feeder fish. At least once a month they won't let us get feeder fish because they say their tanks are dirty or something is wrong with the water. It happens way too frequently

This is my favorite pet store! I go here about once a week to get supplies (I have a lot of pets) and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They have a really good selection of treats and toys for my dogs and my cats.
