“I found a kitten at the side of the road this morning down the road from my house. It was going to die. I believe it had got hit by a car. It couldn’t have been the eight or nine weeks old. She was so beautiful but so pitiful, my heart just went out to her. I was crying so bad because God‘s little creature was hurt so horribly But me and my daughter and her boyfriend ended up taking the kitten to Lincoln animal Hospital, Dr. Luke, the nurse Amber and the receptionist Karla were absolutely phenomenal. They all went above and beyond for this poor little fur baby, even though she lost her battle and she’s flying high with the rest of the angels in heaven she was so very well taken care of at Lincoln animal hospital with such care and compassion by these three individuals that even if the rest of his life was hard and tough, I know in my heart that these three people gave her Something to know how to love before she went to heaven, and I just have to say I appreciate every each one of you I know in my heart I couldn’t do the job that you do, but I respect and commend you for doing it. I know it can’t be easy. God will bless you every single day and give you all the good things that you deserved for the open heart that you have for all the babies that you take care of, and I will always hold a special place in my heart and mind for you and your facility. “Dr. Matt Bryant and the staff at Cleveland Animal Hospital are great.

They've helped take care of our pets needs for years and are very empathetic/sympathetic to the needs of their patients and patients "parents."

They even light a candle on the receptionists desk to let other people know that someone's pet is passing and that those family members are with their pet at that time. Such as my pet Mittens who passed today, 6/21/24, due to very aggressive cancer.”

I didn't fully appreciate how outstanding the entire team was until my cat died. He had a heart problem and had to be put to sleep. I was heartbroken. Dr. Kassi, Ariana, and Jamie were so kind and empathetic and made a horrible situation more bearable. The team even sent me a sympathy card signed by everyone shortly after the event. “Dr Eddins is the BEST VET we have ever gone to. He is kind, considerate and does not over bill (does the exact opposite). Came to our home twice on emergency calls for our dying dogs, put them to sleep in our home AND CHARGED US NOTHING. Try finding a vet like that in the city...you won't. He is a dying breed and I will ball my eyes out when he decides to retire.”
