They have some interesting things for sale in this shop. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures inside because they have a no photography policy. It is plastered on all the doors. I found that very off putting.

They acted quite rude about us asking how to get our 9 year old son in a wheelchair, into their store .. then ignored my daughter n law who was trying to buy 3 charms for a bracelet. I later went back and walked in with a handful of expensive pottery, a $50 lamp, and a few other items .. they immediately smiled and began wrapping them, then I smiled politely and asked if my son would be able to get it to pick out him a souvenir he wanted and they acted funny .. so I said excuse me and left.. without buying one thing .. I don’t deal with rude, money grubbing people !!

Great selection of cool souvenirs with pretty reasonable prices. As a big Jeep fan myself, my wife and loved the Jeep shirts. The store is clean and we'll organized and you don't feel too cramped. They do have a no photography rule that I broke but it's my job as a Google advisor to let people know all the cool stuff they have.

Lots of cute stuff, but store so closely packed with stuff it was hard to maneuver from isle to isle. Owner Not friendly at all. Also asked about restrooms, he said The Visitor Center a mile in opposite direction

The lady is rude asf and follows you around the store like u are stealing. I walked in an was followed down an aisle so I went to the next aisle and this lady ran to meet me face to face staring at me from the end of the aisle as soon as I realized she was watching my every move as if I was stealing I left her store because I'm not about to get treated like that so I spent most my money at the black bear shop a few shops down... this lady is lucky I ain't cuss her a** out this is why she gets no business....

I am a disabled veteran that Went to the cherokee town in NC for the second time and was expecting to make it as a tradition to visit here; but my visit was ruin by an employee or owner of this store. He came yelling at my wife and me and kicked me out because he said that service animals are not accepted. Several costumers left the store and apologized to me…. Do NOT believe those 5 star reviews, those are made by local guides, read the ones from real people…and for the worthless that disrespected me, hopefully your business flourish that same way you treated a fell low CAV veteran…

Shopped at Ravenhawk Gifts for the first time on Friday evening May 14, 2021. I had long admired the pottery and strawberry jars and had put off buying one. I priced them at a garden center in Maryville and saw they wanted $50 or more for the one that was the same size as one I just had to throw away because it was so old and damaged. I was unwilling to pay that for it. Way overpriced. I finally got an even better one at Ravenhawk for half that. I paid about $24 for a really nice one. It is actually better than the first one I had. Do not overpay for pottery items. Try here first! The lady running the place was using good social distancing and covid prevention measures. She was courteous and welcoming without hovering. Very laid back shopping experience. Really enjoyed the shopping trip here and will return! So many unique gift items and ideas. Really fun.
