I purchased over $300 worth of merchandise here and they charged me twice. When I noticed the error and called they advised me to wait 2 days and if the charge "didn't fall off" they would fix it. Fast forward to 2 days later and the charge is still there and I call back with a refusal to fix the situation. I am from out of town and cannot just go back there. This shop has stolen over $300 of my money. Shameful

The woman working behind the register on Saturday November 25 was actively taking a Covid-19 test while she was doing her in-person customer service job. If we had seen this before we made a purchase we would have left immediately. Very irresponsible behavior for a business that relies on tourism and in-store customer purchases.
