Went to this location. As I walked in the lady at the front proceeds to look at her watch .She didn’t greet me or anything. The nasty look on her face said enough ‼️‼️I asked are you closed ? It was 7:07pm . Their website states they close at 8pm. I turned around to walk back out and I did make her aware that she’s quite rude and arrogant. Will never spend my money at this establishment. Learn some customer service skills. If your closed lock the door. I see the other reviews about the rudeness and they are all correct .

While I usually love this place I have a couple of issues:
First, they never answer the phone. If you call for 20 minutes straight, maybe someone will pick up. You have the option to leave a message but no one ever calls you back.
Second, as a walk-in, I had my dog groomed yesterday and they said he would be done at 3. I dropped him off at noon. They said they would call and when 3 rolled around I called them. Shocker, no answer. When I did finally speak to them they said they had been trying to call me and they must have had the wrong number on file. When I paid my bill there was a $10 FEE for picking up my dog late? They did not confirm my phone number even though they were reliant on it so they could call me when my dog was ready. Is it me or is that wrong? ?

Great store and great staff. Always able to fit my dog in to have his nails trimmed.

Rebecca is always gentle with Stella princess. She has major separation anxiety and hates getting her nails trimmed. She always is nurturing and caring. Make sure to confirm appointments, are you will have to pay $20 cancellation fee for no-show.

The place is cheaper, and i have another appointment scheduled to see how they are. It will be a one time thing only because my groomer moved. The woman at the front is horrific and very rude. I was picking my dog up from my mom's while I travel out of town. I called and asked if they could change my appointment from 11.00am to 11.30am. They said it was fine; however, she had to be there by 11.30. I got my dog and raced to get her there by 11.30.I walked in at 11.30 and it changed to 11.31.They refused to see her because it was past 11.30 even though i walked in at 11.30. The woman was so nasty and condescending about the way she talked to me. I am forty and love being talked to like I am five and the importance of time management. She owes everyone she was rude to an apology. I would like a call to discuss this matter further.

First time there and I'll definitely be back. I was able to make a last minute appointment and the whole process was quick and easy. Rebecca was great with my incredibly anxious 75lb boxer/pointer mix. Very cute shop as well :)

The bakery, or should I say BARKery, treats are adorable!! Staff was super friendly and can't wait to share these holiday treats with my dog!

They did not listen to any request I gave about not cutting all of my dogs hair off but proceeding to do it anyway. I shouldn’t have paid and I should report them for not doing what I asked. I personally believe they did this on purpose because they didn’t like my approach to what I wanted for MY DOG! They also were rude when I was expressing my frustration. You can tell they cut her too low because you can see her skin. Would never go again. i don’t even want to give them a star but i have to

When I went in to pick up my little girl, the male groomer in the back was yelling at the dogs including mine to “shut up.”
Definitely not going back.

Fantastic place for dogs. Our neighbor referred us, and we are happy he did. A small boutique space that is not hectic and unorganized like most grooming places. One of our bichons gets anxious with a lot of commotion, and he didn't here. The grooming was true to the bichon cut, with precision and smooth blowout.Woof Gang has nice retail, too, including food. They carry a fantastic assortment of baked treats that I have not seen in other stores. A smooth transaction through the entire process and very friendly people working there.Highly recommended.

Have been taking my two shih tzus here for quite some time but have recently been more and more disappointed with the cuts. Today I took them and when I got home noticed that the hair on my dogs face above his mouth is cut down to skin. Other parts very uneven and choppy looking. Frustrating when you pay $70 and then tip.Also paid an extra $20 a dog today because we had a medical emergency and had to cancel the evening before their appointments last time.Called to speak with Manager and was told she works remotely and is hardly ever there. I asked if they could please have her call me. No call yet.
