Trying to make a simple deposit has become a nightmare

Something has to be done at this Wells Fargo. The service is horrible! Only 1 teller open and 3 others employees standing when theirs 5 or 6 ppl in line! Drive thru…. Never, never, never open! I HAD my business account with Wells Fargo and I’m glad that I closed my account! If you’re customers are important … someone would make a smart business decision and change whoever is the person in-charge of this location!

people most incapable of resolving, the worst location in Wells Fargo with the worst people to work with, I had the appointment scheduled for now at 1 in the afternoon with confirmation and their only response was we don't have it in the system, we can't help you.

I would never in my life for 10 this Wells Fargo location again, I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin and treated very unfair. At this time I did contact corporate and awaiting a call back.

The banker who was serving had a terrible attitude. I felt uncomfortable in this place. He is a jerk. If you don't like your customer service job, what do you do there? You bitter old man. I will never return to this place. I went to Wells Fargo from N.tryon. It was a service. I felt so nice at home, the girl was very kind, but that bald guy treats Hispanics in a terrible way. I will never return. I left one because I felt bad there.

The branch staff can never solve problems, they always ask to make appointments because the tellers never can because they have no authority, then I go to another bank in the city and the tellers themselves make the arrangements. I think they need to train the cashiers more apart from cashing checks.

This location is useless for any service other than using the ATM. Staff inside have NEVER been supportive of any issue I’ve had since I moved to Charlotte. Lousy, selfish, and rude.

I found Liliana very helpful and patient setting up my new Business Account. Even on a busy Friday the manager greeted everyone in the lobby waiting area to let me know about wait Time.

This bank is rubbish, there are 30 people to be served and there is only one woman to serve, what bad administration please.
Hire more people for customer service, you bank crap.

It was a good branch until they changed the ATMs, they are always bad and you can't even deposit, they are rubbish, they don't even reach half a star and there are many of us who are dissatisfied. ????
