This is a phenomenal location. I frequent different Wells Fargo locations, but my experience with this branch was the best. Jacqueline and the whole team worked with my wife and I on a Saturday in order to ensure we were taken care of. They could have easily brushed us off and made us come back during the week, but they stayed past closing to help us finish up. Awesome service-- thank you!

After relocating to Charlotte, I was searching for a new bank when I encountered SB banker Janet Salem. Her warm demeanor and eagerness to educate me on the intricacies of the business left me in awe. The worst customer service experience ever! I came in to this branch to ask for the information I need for the USCIS to file form I-134 for the Uniting for Ukraine program. All I needed was the date my accounts were opened, deposits for the past 12 months and the end balance. It should be a letter from the bank officer. Just one page! They offered to print all my statements instead of grouping everything in one document! They gave me 250 pages! When I need only one page to upload the electronic file. They said they cannot provide that tipe of the document.

Can't cash a check at the drive thru unless you're a bank customer even though the check is from one of their customers. Not good business practice!

I had trouble making a business account appointment online. I tried on the computer and phone. I ended up having to email my banking representative directly in order to schedule a time to go in.
