I came here to notarize my document. The lady who assisted me seemed rude. Didn't offer chair or anything to sit or no greetings. Didn't know how to notarize. I just wanted simple notary on photocopy of my document and I had original document with me to show but, she kept asking some irrelevant things like what type of notary you require, you need some sort of statement blah blah blah and when I asked about specifics she said you can google all the information. Simple notary of photocopy of a document doesn't require anything. UPS did it for me.

So I sent my workers intoThis location to cash their checks as I do per usual because I have a business account through Wells Fargo, they have never had any issues at any other locations my employees called me on their route and stated that they felt like they were being discriminated against because the teller stated that they had to call me their manager which they have never done in the past.... I'm highly disappointed because nobody working as hard as my employees do should have to feel like because of how they look they need to be given the third degree please do better

Bad location. They were not busy. We came in with the whole family to open our 6 year old son’s first bank account. Came in at 4:05. They turned us away because they were “about to close”. Wells Fargo founder has “courtesy” as their mission in every location. This one fell way short.

This branch location is located on the corner of Elm Ln and Ballantyne Commons Pkwy. There's a large burm/retaining wall that separates the bank parking lot and the main roads so the building actually sits a little below the street elevations. As as result of the burm, the entrances and the parking lot of this branch is a little awkward due to not being able to cross the main road's islands. You may have to take a U-turn to get to the entrance. The Bank also shares it's entrance with the Post Office and some local businesses in a commercial building that allows street parking. Just be careful pulling into the lot. The branch itself has very nice staff and you can make an appointment to do any sort of business in the branch while you have an account with WF. Most of the visits I've had to the branch, there's usually one person in line for the tellers (not a huge line) and it's pretty calm. A lot of the staff occupy the offices here so it seems like this branch is effective. Due to the burm and the large trees, you may miss this branch, but there is signage for all the entrances if you are looking to visit.

Waited 20 mins to be told I couldn’t get a temp card without ID , hidden monthly fee of 25$. Overdraft fee is 45$ no matter the amount. Worst bank to be with - never ever recommend anyone. They will not help you .

This is atm is awesome!! The asphalt around the atm is very nice (5/5) and the parking stripes clear (5/5) to help ensure you park straight, although that impact does not seem to work on my wife. The screen itself is beautiful and clear and the buttons work very well (5/5). If you need cash and bank with Wells give this location a visit!!
