Rude! Tried to setup an appointment by phone only to have no one answer. Third call I decided to go to this location, upon arrival was asked if I had an appointment. Once I let them know nobody was answering their phones I was told to take the tome to go online and make an appointment. I don't have time to pull over and get online for that, I'm I not the customer? Is it not my money that pays you to answer my phone calls? I will be moving all seven of my accounts out of Wells Fargo tomorrow. Ridiculous

This is my 2nd complaint about wells fargo in the last 2 weeks. I went to this location and was asked whether or not I was opening an account elsewhere. I asked the teller why she asked me that. And she said that withdrawal seemed like I was. Now what business is was ot of hers what I plan to do with MY money. I was planning on finding another place to take my business to... if I wasn't sure then, I am certain of it now. So unprofessional and looks like they're all in need of diversity training.

This is my 2nd complaint about wells fargo. I went to this location and made a withdrawal. The teller asked me if I was going to deposit my money elsewhere or opening another account. I asked her why she was asking me this. She told me that the amount seemed like I was. What business was it of hers what I was doing with MY money. If I wasn't sure about finding another place to do business with... I am sure now. This whole corporation needs serious diversity training.

Awful bank. Almost a year now since the pandemic every other bank is fully open inside. Wells are all still on shut down for basic in person teller transactions. Instead they make you wait 40 minutes in the drive through and some very rude, very snotty tellers. Not worth the wait ever. Starting to move my money and auto pays over to Bank of A. At least I can walk in there and never wait in line

This branch doesnt know how to do anything. Left my new job early to get them to print a direcr deposit form for me, somehting ive had normal tellers do for me in seconds my last 3 jobs, and they say they dont know how to do it. You literally enter my account, go to the page where the rouring and account number are, and click print. Train your staff this is unreal, anyone should be able to do this, anyone.they said the banker knew how to do it but I guess they refused to stay open past 5 to serve me since ahe was already helping somebody else. Wheres the customer service?
