I wanted to give ZERO stars and this is solely based on their Pharmacy! At minimum you will wait 15mins in drive thru!
I've tried 2 days to pick up my prescriptions, and my wait was 30mins, 15mins, 45mins, AND I still dont have my prescriptions because I just couldn't wait any longer!
This location needs to either hire appropriate staff OR close down!!

Staff at this location needs to learn phone etiquette. Before someone can finish asking a question you’re being transferred or the phone has been disconnected. Give customers a chance to ask a question before dismissing the call. If you don’t know the answer say so don’t hang up.. or transfer the call

This review is solely based for Ian, who works back in the pharmacy. This woman has the patience of a Saint, from attempting to communicate with a customer who speaks an entirely different language than her, to deescalating situations left and right.
I've been coming to this pharmacy for the past two years. This location is extremely understaffed, and to he honest, the staff in general doesn't get paid enough to be here. A corporation like Walgreens needs to take better care of their employees, but they choose not to, just like any other corporation, so do not expect fast service- not because the employees won't work, but simply because they aren't given a healthy quality of life at their workplace.
Coming from someone who also works retail, do not expect miracles at this location, but do expect people to be human. They have staff doing 2-3 jobs for one pay, just like everywhere else.

One worst experience ever ! Tech refused to give the controlled substance because she "never seen a id like mine", a military id. Went on to say "she wasn't going lose her job " and put the pharmacist on who also couldn't give me a reason what why ID was not acceptable . I have pick up this medication with same identification for past 4 months and per state law military ID is acceptable . Now, I have to wait yet another 45-hour because rude and oblivious staff and yes, I will be bringing the same ID .
NCGA 90‑106.1. Photo ID requirement for Schedule II controlled substances.
(a) Immediately prior to dispensing a Schedule II controlled substance, or any of the Schedule III controlled substances listed in subdivisions 1. through 8. of G.S. 90‑91(d), each pharmacy holding a valid permit pursuant to G.S. 90‑85.21 shall require the person seeking the dispensation to present one of the following valid, unexpired forms of government‑issued photographic identification: (i) a drivers license, (ii) a special identification card issued under G.S. 20‑37.7, (iii) a military identification card, or (iv) a passport. Upon presentation of the required photographic identification, the pharmacy shall document the name of the person seeking the dispensation, the type of photographic identification presented by the person seeking the dispensation, and the photographic identification number. The pharmacy shall retain this identifying information on the premises or at a central location apart from the premises as part of its business records for a period of three years following dispensation.
(b) The pharmacy shall make the identifying information available to any person authorized under G.S. 90‑113.74 to receive prescription information data in the controlled substances reporting system within 72 hours after a request for the identifying information. A pharmacy that submits the identifying information required under this section to the controlled substances reporting system established and maintained pursuant to G.S. 90‑113.73 is deemed in compliance with this subsection.
(c) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to require that the person seeking the dispensation and the person to whom the prescription is issued be the same person, and nothing in this section shall apply to the dispensation of controlled substances to employees of "health care facilities", as that term is defined in G.S. 131E‑256(b), when the controlled substances are delivered to the health care facilities for the benefit of residents or patients of such health care facilities. (2011‑349, s. 1.)

I have never in my life waited so long for a prescription to be filled. I went to urgent care at 9:15am YESTERDAY, it is 5:20pm the following day and my prescriptions are still not ready. I’ve called several times and have been lied to “they’ll be ready soon, theyll be ready by the morning, theyll be ready in about a hour” all for me to have to call another location to have my scripts pulled where they were able to fill them in 20 minutes. Won’t be using this location anymore

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I’ve used them 3 times and had issues every single time. They never answer the phone, techs are extremely rude, and they take forever to fill prescriptions, if at all. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Awful!

I wish I read the reviews before I changed over from Walmart. Worst customer service eveeeeeeeer!!!! I'm going back to Walmart. They are extremely unprofessional. Long hold times in the drive thru and store. I was on hold for 30 minutes, and finally got someone on the line and he asked to put me on hold again. I said I've already been holding for 30 minutes and he said "well your on hold for life" whatever that means. They took forever to process my transfer. So I went a week without my proper dosage of psych meds. I was having withdrawal symptoms. Then when they finally got the prescription it took days to fill it. The process to transfer my prescription profile back to Walmart was also almost impossible. They would not answer Walmarts call. I had to go up there and demand it be done. Just terrible.
