Been shopping here and getting all my percriptions here since this location was originaly built. Visiting there usually at least once a week which translates into hundreds of visits. The staff has always been friendly and helpfull. The pharmacy staff is prompt, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Though not the largest of the Wallgreen stores I can usually find everything on my list and then some as there are always some nice specials or closeouts that grab my attention. If you call and are put on hold it's unavoidable as this place, especially the pharmicey stays busy and if you have to speak to a person you will wait your turn just like everyone else. This location as well as the whole Colony Place center has been a huge plus for the neighborhoods surrounding it.

This is an excellent place to shop. The associates at the front always offer a kind and courteous greeting whenever I enter the store. In the pharmacy, Cheyenne and Brooke are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personable. My wife and I look forward to stopping by the pharmacy just to say "hello" to Cheyenne and Brooke even if we are not picking up prescriptions. Cheyenne always remember our names on sight and our prescriptions have always been correct, BTW, if you have "needle-phobia" as I do, Brooke is the best at administering vaccines. I always ask for Brooke if I need a shot and never have felt a thing!!! This is a wonderful pharmacy and the customer service is the best. I am thankful that we have such an excellent neighborhood drug store as this- JRS

Well the service is very average so I hope you are not expecting much if you came to get a prescription filled but they are about lije most drugs stores now days. I guess they are working harder than usual to ensure everyone has a mask on to avoid the virus. I just wish they would work to get rid of those pesky roaches and keep the bathroom clean and by all means smile under the mask. We can tell if you are smiling. Go small for friendly bigger is not better

This is strictly for the pharmacy. The workers are rude, not helpful when there are Rx issues, there is high turnover, they constantly lose my insurance info even though they "save" it each time, the co-payment is different every single time for the same medications I fill on a monthly basis, and they are consistently out of stock of my meds even though they know I need it on a monthly basis. If you have all day to wait in line to deal with this each time you need an Rx filled then you are at the right place. If you don't, like most people, go elsewhere.

We have been very happy with this pharmacy, esp. with ah, I wish I knew the pharmacist's name, the male pharmacists - probably a lead person - has been wonderful. But today, I want to say thank you to Pharmacist Victoria (I think?) I refilled an inhaler for my son. I did not know that the manufacturer updated the product. I rarely ever give 2 star reviews...but holy crap...first off this is just for the pharmacy. EVERY time we come the amount is wrong and I have to give them my insurance again...why is it not on file? Does someone keep typing it in then not saving it? Maybe system error? My poor husband has been helping me for a week pick up medications and it was such a headache for him. Luckily it doesn't take that long if doc electronically sends in Rx...but expect to have confusion, and double check your costs!
