Did a google search for "free notary near me". This was the first hit I got and is relatively close to where I live. Told the person there I needed a document notarized. They asked to see my ID and had me sign on their iPad type device, then I signed the document. They put their stamp on it and then said that will be $10. Didn't say anything just handed them my card and left. Beware when google searching for free notary cause it's not correct, probably best to call before you go. FLY NAVY!!! Location was 4100 Carmel Rd B Charlotte NC 28226

Anyone who knows me knows that I am not big on asking for favors. But a few businesses heard my call for help and without hesitation provided services for Keith Austin’s celebration of life. One of which is…UPS at Olde Towne Shopping Center donated 4 large pictures of Keith , which will be framed and given to his family as well as 600+ memory cards that will be given to visitors at the celebration. And not only that, they completed the order in less than a day.A gracious, humble thank you UPS at Olde Towne Village Center who showed compassion to a grieving community.THANK YOU!

If it were possible to give ZERO stars, I would.I decided to take advantage of the new phone offer at Verizon and transfer my number and business to them. The phone I wanted was not in stock, so one was 'shipped to me'. That's where this began to deteriorate. They used UPS to deliver the phone. Restrictions do not allow me to change the delivery. I traded work shifts with another person to stay home today to receive the new phone. UPS did not deliver to my home. I have Ring camera video to prove it. They attempted delivery to a neighbor and left the ticket on a neighbor's door. I was on hold for 42 minutes with Verizon. The call dropped, and no one called back (Antonio). Then, I was on hold for 18 minutes when the call dropped. No one called back (Gladys). Then, (Thelma) asked me to call UPS directly and she stated that she would call back in 30 minutes to see how the delivery changes were being process. No call back (Thelma). UPS won't allow me to change the delivery because of Verizon's restrictions. Now, I need to miss another work shift to hope that UPS will delver to MY ACTUAL ADDRESS and not a neighbor's address. I plan to cancel the phone and my customer experience at Verizon tomorrow. They'll have to take it up with UPS. To reiterate: UPS attempted delivery to a neighbor and left the "sorry we missed you" on a neighbor's door. I stayed home from a shift at work to receive this delivery. I"m not able to redirect the delivery due to "carrier restrictions". And, I have Ring camera video to PROVE that no one actually attempted delivery at my actual address. This is NOT customer service, People!

Quick and simple and I can get anything for office related items and process done. Very helpful employee #3645 I wish I could have gotten her name (we discussed (Roll Tide) hope she will remember me from the discussion. I had to return a modem from spectrum and she warned me that I was to keep the paper work she gave me. She was very helpful and certain that the cable company would be difficult and I would be accused of not returning the product correctly but she checked out my return items 1 at a time certifying that I had 100% of required items for me. They emailed me today spectrum and they said that I hadn't returned everything exactly as She had told me. Thank you so very much. Sincerely sid ????✒️✂️? I'll be back. ?????

This UPS store will NOT accept Amazon returns without a bag, even though Amazon doesn't require one. Instead, they will MAKE YOU purchase one from them. No other UPS store in Charlotte does this. They all provide complementary clear bags. Not cool.

The customer service has greatly improved since about a year ago. The young man who works there is polite and knowledgeable. It used to be pretty terrible but I'm glad to see the change :)

Stopped by yesterday and they had a huge sign that said closed for mothers day. Awesome! Love that they let the employees off the spent time with their mom and they put up a big sign for customers to see from their car.
