Shelby was great. I went there to ship a return and the process was quick and easy thanks to Shelby. In the process, I left my phone in the box. Reached out to Shelby via phone call and she put my phone away until I got back. Was very pleased with the customer service exhibited and she had great energy. Thanks Shelby!

STORE 3232 has price inconsistencies and this happened at the same EXACT location less than 1 week apart. I know what I said and if you actually read my review you would of addressed what I said instead of saying that pricing varies store by store… which is irrelevant because I’m talking about THIS LOCATION

Price inconsistencies create a bad customer experience… came last week and had two pages printed. One was a domestic label and was charged .50 cents for the domestic label and this time was charged over $2… I understand pricing being set by franchise owners but the inconsistency is problematic

This store used to have the friendliest, most helpful guys ever working here (unfortunately forgot their names) so I came back here expecting to see them and have a pleasant experience… NOPE!!!!! They no longer work here, and the two girls working were BEYOND RUDE (the overweight one even literally rolled her eyes at me and basically yelled at the customer infront of me) so if you are coming here expecting the same service and nice employees from the past, be warned that they do not work here anymore and this store has changed DRASTICALLY. All the good reviews are from when they were around. Just go to another UPS store if you can! I’ll never be back!!!

I cannot say enough about the thoroughly excellent service I received from Rocky. I had a complicated printing issue and was even told by an employee at another business that Rocky was the man to help me! They were absolutely right. He is a master at what he does, attentive to detail, and so earnestly helpful.

Shady business practices, owner is untrustworthy and lacks even the most basic of communication skills. Avoid this shack like the plague. Also watch out for the ridiculous amount of roaches this establishment has. You’d think being next door to a coffee shop they would be a bit cleaner but obviously it’s not a priority. Make sure compare prices before coming here you’ll be surprised how much you’re being over charged for simple services. Truly a disgusting experience dealing with these people.

I went to the store for notary service and there wasn’t none there. He said they won’t have someone there to assist me with notary until the next day from 9am to 2pm. I thought notary service was supposed to be available from open to close.

Made an appointment to see their notary at 3:30pm. Arrived at 3:30pm just to be told that the notary left at 3pm. They said they tried to call 3 times and sent me an email but I received no missed calls, voicemails or emails. Poor customer service.

On Monday, March 25 at around 8am, I came to this UPS to ship one, 11 pound package 3 states over (standard ship). To ship it, it came to over $100. I was taken back by the price, but I needed to ship it, so it was fine. Clerk insisted that he enter the address (of which, I showed him on my phone) and rushed me to the pay screen. Ultimately, he entered the address wrong and my package was delivered to the wrong address and is currently lost. Last time I’ll trust anything of value with UPS.

This store blindsides you on shipping costs. I literally brought in a shipping label that was already paid for, yet I still end up with a cost that wasn’t shared with me during the whole process?! I could’ve just went home and reprinted the label instead of being charged at USPS to print the exact same label that was already paid for IF that information would’ve been shared with me beforehand!Costs should obviously be shared ahead of time from the associate instead of “getting over” on a customer. Spoke with the manager with glasses who could care less and seemed completely uneducated on the store processes. You can always tell when employees are happy at their job vs. the ones who literally show up just to get a check and could care less about their job, the company and the customers who pays them.

First visit and the owner Asuad was rude. I approached the counter and said hey I'm here for a pick up and he asked pick up what..What do you think sir is what I wanted to say...Then I said a package and I understand asking for my ID but then you asked for the telephone as well but didn't do the same the gentleman behind me. Hummm I won't be going back to this one
