This place is the best! They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. We had a damage from a trip to DC- someone really wrecked it while it was parked along the street. We weren't sure if it could be repaired and they hunted down parts for the repair! They are exceptional!

I couldn't be happier with the service i received at Trek CLT South. First i called into the store with some questions on availability of a specific bike, then asked about geometry and some bike specific questions and they were all answered as well as a suggestion on looking at 99spokes to overlay the bikes i have to determine the fit and bike dynamics for how it would ride. The next day i went to the store, talked to another advisor (Mike) who was awesome. He threw my pedals on the bike and off i went for a test ride. Liked the bike so i purchased it. I did a 42 mile ride with the new Gen 8 Madon yesterday and have to say, it's everything and expected and a bit more. It's more comfortable than i imagined, i was able to easily and quickly setup the bike exactly like my other one. Only complaints to Trek would be to 1) at this price, a power meter should be included and 2) the hubs on the Carbon pro 50 wheels is silent, which i'm not sure i'm a fan of coming from very loud hubs on other wheel sets. Other than that, i'm thrilled with the new bike and the service i received at the store as well. They will be my go-to for servicing as well.

I can't thank the Trek team enough! Their customer service is truly outstanding. This was my first road bike purchase, and Ang went above and beyond in explaining everything to me. She made sure I had everything I needed to hit the road safely. Getting into cycling can be intimidating, but the Trek team made the whole process seamless. 10/10 for customer service!
