I took time to leave work after scheduling a visit and honestly I was disappointed with the way the car was presented. The vehicle shown was nice on the exterior but the interior condition (specifically the back area) was disgusting. Basically I opened the back hatch and there were spill stains - cool won’t touch it - but I put my hand up on the left side of the hatch and immediately went to my car to sanitize my hands. I’m not expecting a full detail but at least walk around the car and check for anything that’s going to make me immediately want to go wash my hands after accidentally touching it. I get it, the cars have to be serviced first however, in the week posted/available…. Was no one able to grab a Clorox wipe and remove the chocolate (I hope) stains on the hatch? I’ve worked in dealerships and represented Ford with implementation before and I’ve never shown a person a car that wasn’t presentable. The car we previewed was nice but was badly stained in the back, with a birds nest in the front. I do mean a literal birds nest (no birds thankfully). Basically in back of the vehicle there were stains on the interior carpet and you could really tell no thought went into preparing it even though the visit was scheduled for a few days. It’s a shame that I’ve worked hard to make sure the employees items are in the best shape to get that slap in the face. Will it change the way I do my job, no but It certainly discouraged me from shopping there!

Amazing experience, Alex and Suat helped me with an F150, and I brought my sister back for a mustang GT the next day. Will buy here again, and highly recommend

After replacing engine and transmission, they have helped to fix other problems in the car without charging for customers satisfaction. Their customer representatives were so kind and helpful, they immediately diagnosed the problem and took action to fixed It, especially Daniel Vierra. Thanks to the service department. Even Ford creates manufacturing errors, Town and Country Ford is ready to fix. Thanks to Them, see you for upcoming routine services.

The salesman was rude. Short answering every question, wouldn't negotiate price at all. Said he was salary so he didn't care if he sold the car or not..

Had a bad experience here, my husband came in at 6:30 one day and was told the truck he came to test drive was recalled, like you couldn’t tell us that on the phone before we drove all the way there. This was after waiting almost 30 mins to get someone to help him. Will never come here again.

Let me save you some time researching dealers. Close your browser. Get in the car. Head to Town and Country Ford. And ask for Carl Ralston. What an awesome, pressure-free experience. Both Carl, and the sales manager Suat, were excellent to work with; not just in knowledge and ease of the sales process, but from a human perspective as well. They're just good people. From the time I walked in the door, to the day my car arrived, Carl went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable. So, take my advice, and get to shopping at a true 5-star dealership.

Horrible service, I have never expected that we may face this situation with a brand new truck. All that their technician and managers do - waste your time and money. They charged us for several different “diagnostics” and tests (one of it costed almost $900) and couldn’t find the reason of issue with transmission. After we changed spark plugs at this service truck engine said goodbye in 200 miles after showing the error on the dashboard. And this issue they also couldn’t find and improve. I don’t understand how this service still working if their servicemen can’t fix Ford vehicles - it looks like they don’t know what they actually do!!!
They just remove errors on the dashboard and say “your vehicle is ready” and then in a couples days you come back for sure with same problem. Last time out truck just parked on their parking lot for a week and on Friday they said that it is good to go in a day we had to come back in Charlotte because the same engine error.
Never come here !!!

Bought my first EV a few weeks back and the staff at Town and Country Ford were friendly and knowledgeable. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had.

Town and country Ford did not seem motivated to sell a car on a Saturday morning. Staff was ok nice but not helpful, I did not feel like the staff here truly wanted to make it happen although showing my interest in getting a car. That same day Saturday I went to the other location Capitol Ford and my experience was completely different they were extremely helpful and kind AND I ended up walking out with the car I wanted! Disappointed in my town and country ford experience but happy I took my business to capitol ford to get the car I wanted and a fantastic experience!

Mike Vince gets an A+! It was a zero pressure environment and Mike was extremely helpful. We went out to look at the Model I was interested in- I made a few comments as to what would be "nice to haves"- and literally a few minutes later- he found what I was looking for. I was torn between two different ones and Mike helped guide me toward the one that was actually a little bit less expensive- because it fit more of what I said I wanted. Mike also suggested and made sure I test drove the exact car I was about to purchase to be sure it was a good match. Additionally, my trade in amount was higher than I expected and I didn't have to pull teeth to receive a fair purchase price on the car I selected. It was all extremely easy. I would rank this dealership as "Extremely female friendly"- as we all know many are not. Go see Mike!

I recently took my F250 Black Widow to the dealership for a new set of brakes. 3 days after dropping the vehicle off, I get a call from Steve Kinslow, who tells me the technicians have broken two lugnuts off the truck and they refuse to continue working on the truck. I was then told by Steve that I would have to sign paperwork removing Town and Country from responsibility if the wheels were damaged and that, they charged $180 an hour to fix it if I wanted the technicians to continue. Mind you, I purchased this vehicle at Town and Country a year prior, thinking I should be able to get it serviced there. This is the second time I've taken it in for service with the exact same concern before with the same result, yet still haven't had the issue corrected. I hope you're more careful when you choose your next vehicle, I would not recommend Town and Country Ford.

First off I will say our salesman Kent was awesome. Our problem has come on the back end of the deal. We allowed them to transfer our plate from the vehicle we traded in onto our new vehicle. In NC you have 28 days to register a vehicle, the dealer is supposed to take care of this. Here we are on day 27 and the plate still has not been transferred. I called them and left two voicemails and finally on the 3rd call I was able to speak with someone. I was advised that when we bought the vehicle that they, Town and Country Ford, had not yet received the title from the business they purchased it from. They were still trying to obtain it. So now I'm stuck with a vehicle that as of Sunday I cannot legally drive on the roads of NC. I filed a report with NC DMV License and Theft. I just recently called them again and was notified I would have to deal with the Manager from here on out. SO BUYER BEWARE, MAKE SURE A DEALER HAS THE TITLE OF THE VEHICLE YOU ARE PURCHASING!!!!
