Today was a heavy day for me and I had to ship some packages last minute! I went to this UPS store just before closing and the clerk Misty was very helpful. She didn't even rush me when I was clearly coming right before close. I wont ever do that again but I APPRECIATE how professional and patient she was. Lots of us came in last minute that day.

Whenever I have an important item to ship or even need print outs or signage for work, this is the ONLY UPS store I trust because the employees are super knowledgeable and kind and take great care of your items and the customers, as a whole. Highly recommend this store!

I run a small business so I have a lot of UPS shipments and have been to most of the UPS stores on the south side of Charlotte. I like this one because it has a loading zone right outside the door. Easy to park my truck and get the boxes into the store (automatic door is a nice touch too. Here's where everything goes south. I bring my boxes into the store on a dolly and put them RIGHT NEXT to the scale. i go back to the truck to get 2nd load. Misty (store employee) refuses to pick up a box and put it on the scale. 3 of them were 28 lbs, the other 9 were 5lb or less. Seriously? You work at UPS and won't pick up 25lbs? I have to put them on the scale for you...man that is lazy. She is moaning and sighing the whole time. I guess I was inconveniencing her as I was the only customer and she had to start doing something. Same thing happened last 2 weeks when she was there.

Misty has been kind and incredibly efficient every.single.time I have gone into the store. I placed those descriptors in the way they mattered to me. A worker can do the job, but can do it with disdain for the role and or customer. But when someone is kind AND good at the role, it goes a long way. When someone is kind but ineffective, sure, it can be a reason to complain. But Misty is best of both worlds as far as UPS employees go. Also - honorable mention: Ari was a kind soul - and has a great mentor in Misty.

At the UPS store I shipped over $5000 worth of stuff in the passed year and every single time I come in every single person is always willing to help me but especially Misty. She has serviced me the most and I would say that through her effort it made me wanna come back and this is probably the best UPS store in Charlotte.

I have several options to do my Amazon returns and I always come back to this place because of an extraordinary employee—Misty. She is not only professional but has the ability to make you feel like you’re part of her family—Perhaps because she’s a grandmother and understands what is love.

I experience the worst customer service in this store by an elderly lady whose name I don’t recall (she has long wavy hair, half gray half brown). I had sent an email with 4 pages to print. From the moment I entered the store she looked unfriendly. When I told her I had sent an email, she looked annoyed and went to see it. Then she printed only one page. When I told her there were 4 pages, she insisted that was it. Once she looked again, she realized age had missed the other 3 and went ahead to blame me saying that’s not how I was supposed to send the files (?). Then I politely asked her to make 3 copies, she rolled her eyes and sighed. Then she told me in a rude way to move away because she felt uncomfortable with me been g so close to the printer where she needed to be. I finally was able to get my documents and leave. This is not the first time she has behaved like that. I had printed other things in the past and she was rude too, but this time she really did the worst job ever. Never going back to this ups store again!

This is the ONLY ups store I will go to. The ENTIRE TEAM IS STELLAR! Misty (the white women with grey hair) is a master at problem solving. When I think a job cant be done she comes up with creative ways for me to ship. I have noticed she does this with everyone.
At times the store is SWAMPED and even then she is micro managing.
I simply love this store and Jai’s sense of humor. I personally wont ship anywhere else. Personal
