I love this store. My 11y/o son is a HUGE Carolina Panther fan and we are from Md/Pa. I travel with my job as a stylist /educator with Jack Winn Pro and I always stop in Charlotte with the intent to get my little man his gear.

Huge airport to roam around and site see. Love this airport and the different areas. My experience at this airport hasn’t been bad, I cannot complain.

Horrible experience!!! Never again are we using this airport. Lack of communication, staff was rude, American airline ripped us off... among a lot of other things... south west was very nice though.

Several of the gift shops in the airport also sell some of the local sports team gear, but this is the first one I've been to that is all sporting goods. Not just jerseys and hats, but they also have sweatshirts and socks and plushies and keychains and all sorts. Panthers, of course. But the local college teams and what, is that a Green Bay Packers hat? Okay then. Not cheap but if you're landing at CLT and heading to Clemson with a need to wear your colors, then this is the spot for you. [Review 10656 overall, 424 of 2019.]

Astoundingly rude staff. Literally mocked for asking for directions and rudely questioned and frisked at security. Overcrowded. Extremely poor logistics as a theme.
