Checked-in online with a stylist and came for the appt on time. One stylist there, Nathan, didn’t acknowledge us or try to check us in when we arrived. Waited for 15 minutes before finally interrupting Nathan to ask about checking in. That’s when he informed us that the other stylist wasn’t there. Very rude and poor services here. Wouldn’t recommend or come again.

I was just a walking with no appointment and I was only grading a couple minutes before I was acknowledged and asked what I wanted to get done and being an older person that hasn't had my haircut for a long time I just said I needed help with a new style update cut and the woman was very tired and flight and she didn't cut off a whole bunch to start she did just my ends that were dead to begin with and then asked me where I want to go from there and she only did a bit at a time so that way it wasn't ever and overcut I had to worry about and I am appreciative with how my hair turned out and it looks a lot healthier and it gives me a new style of being 50 and single I needed something updated and better looking and I think she accomplished that.
Hair type: To tell you about my hair type is I have thick with many multi-layers and very coarse and I was very appreciative at the hair stylist new how to deal with multi-layer hair and how to be able to style each layer correctly.

I was the first customer in line. Christine provided a great haircut in a timeframe that met my expectations. She also opened the front door a few minutes early because another customer and I were standing in the sun waiting to get in. She offered water and worked around a balky computer system to move forward. She was very friendly and professional. I’d gladly work with her again.
Stylist: Christine used clippers and razor to deliver a balanced haircut. I would give her an “A” compared to other stylists I’ve used at Supercuts.
