This hotel is a joke. I stayed here before and this new staff is something. So, let’s do some math since obviously the front desk does not know how. So, my stay was 389 for 2 days. This little girl charged me double + 50 x 2. Keep in mind, I had a dog and that charge wasnt even noted. How did I find out? I happen to be in my account and saw it. I called last night about it, was told to call a manager this morning. I did that , no manager here. So, the little girl answered who charged my card 2 x yesterday. she knew what she did “yesterday “ and didn’t say nothing. Then tried to get smart this morning because she was in the wrong and I was asking her how did it happened.
And things do happen, we are not perfect but the least she could have did was owned it and apologized, but she didn’t. Apparently , no one taught her how to do her job. I had to cancel my card because of her. This is definitely my last time staying here. I make damn good money as a whole nurse with her masters, to get robbed by some chap that has a front desk job that don’t know how you are suppose to swipe a card 1 time.
Part 2. So, today my husband and I left to go get breakfast and we literally walked right by the girl that did the fraud activity on my card. She said nothing. We get back and we try our key and it didn’t work. Husband go ask why, she said she felt threatened by his wife. He like are you serious?? Let me say this. Yes I did call her a little girl because that is how she was acting but it no way / no form did I harass her or threaten her. After our conversation early this am on the phn, when we hung up that was that. I said my bank will just deal with it. My issue was she NEVER owned up to say she made the damn mistake. Then she said , I tried to fix it but I couldn’t. Ok?? How can you fix something that u didn’t do??????? So, we were locked out room until the house keeping manager came and she was so nice and so friendly. She understood where I was coming from and she listened. She was a vibe. She apologized for the little girl and everything. She allowed us time to shower and get our things together. !!!!
That girl was petty and very childish. My husband is on very serious cardiac meds. He needed his meds. Then again, we walked right by her to go get breakfast. She had a cop sitting in her face when we returned. If she felt so threatened, she could have asked us to leave in front of him and said the time to be out/ but she didn’t. I know we as people need a job In all but she needs to be wrote up with no pay. She needs to go back through training as well because a women would have just said you have to leave but the little girl in her felt it was cute to lock us out our room.
P.S public announcement, when people work in customer service and you make a mistake—- own it! Again, she did some fraud type stuff and I really would like to talk to the general manager about this issue because she definitely needs to be taught a lesson by her employers.
That is all!!! But again the house keeping manager was super friendly and she definitely understood the situation!!!!

First the clerk Breasia was great,her hospitality is the kind every hotel or motel should have, her introduction to the facility made you wanna stay.

We normally like to stay here a lot it’s very convenient to everything, clean for most part and the breakfast. But the staff I think are new and not properly trained. This weekend right off the gate we were doubled charged plus the security deposit. They were fully aware. We asked them to immediately correct it soon as it happened and throughout our stay nothing has been done about it. We tried speaking to the manager about it Saturday she wouldn’t even look at the computer and told us we had to work it out with the bank. Yesterday upon check out she said she corrected it yesterday and would be refunded when we checked out it is still not be refunded. On top of this they also tried placing in a room next to wild kids smoking weed in a non smoking hotel with loud music. We will not be staying here no more.

The staff at Staybridge is great. They are friendly and polite. They always go out of there way to ensure you stay is everything you want it to be. Tonya at the front desk is great. She explains everything so clearly and offer suggestions for any and everything you need. Of Tonya doesn't know she will find the answer and get back to you.

Walkability: Walk to many restaurants and there is a walking trail.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is good and the evening socials are the best!

Bre at front desk is awesome. The level of excellent customer service she provides is amazing. Can’t believe she’s been in that position under 90 days. Overall staff is great

Stayed here for a work trip the week of July 1st. When I arrived to this hotel, I noticed that it was a lot older than the pictures made it look out to be. After going to my room, I went to the bathroom and noticed a large cockroach on the floor. Once I saw one, I had to check the rest of the room and not to my surprise, there were several more in the drapes and around the bed. I then called the front desk and had my room changed. The lady who helped me at the front desk was very helpful in getting me another room, so I appreciated that. Other than her professionalism, I did not enjoy staying at this hotel. This place needs an exterminator and a major upgrade.

Loved it. Best hotel I’ve been to. The bed was super comfortable and so were the couches (we were probably tired) unlike that Carolina hotel.The courtyard looks so nice. Me and my little sister took a swim in the pool and it was fabulous.We didn’t want to get out until we got a bit cold. No bedbugs. No roaches in the wall. Not even a single roach or bedbug.The staff was really nice.The front desk lady when we first entered was super nice! I even see her call my little sister “talented” or “smart” or something like that! Since she wanted to do the talking.This place is so kid-friendly! The view was excellent too. No underwear in the shower either unlike that last hotel.We had to go to a quince at that time in charlotte. So we had to go to staybridge. It was so excellent that we spoken that this was better than any of those luxury hotels whenever we go to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.Although the only 2 complaints I have is having to wait over 20-30 minutes for a hotel room! The hallways are also so cold in the nights and so hot in the days! Same with the rooms!!! I couldn’t even walk without my socks. Overall, this still deserves a 5 star review! The breakfast was also very nice. I’m warning you, DONT STAY AWAY FROM STAYBRIDGE SUTIES!!!!!?️?️?️

Great suites clean and comfortable. Location is great! Just off the interstate and next to a fantastic restaurant.
Rooms: Great selection of various room sizes.
Nearby activities: Roasted Walnut is next door to the hotel and they have great food.
