Terrible customer service from an older Grey hair white lady over in the printing dept that didn’t want to help me then tried to over charge me for one print out that cost 28 cents and when I refused to pay $5 for itamd asked could something else be done , she got mad and walked away . That was unprofessional and rude smh staples needs to retrain and look over whatever policies because that was unnecessary

Lousy customer service. Poor signage. Not enough personnel to return Amazon items or to checkout purchases while others sit idly by in copying section or laugh it up at the TSA counter. It is clearly a management problem of not training staff to work where needed. I have never posted a rating of any store. Do better, STAPLES!!!

I googled FedEx drop off and Staples came up. I don't know if this is Google's fault or yours, but you do not accept FedEx so that should not come up on search.

Rudest TSA lady at this location. Staples, please get her some help. She was clearly overwhelmed which translated into horrible customer service. She was ornery and acted like she didn’t want to be there. This is the closest TSA precheck location for me (30 min) and I’ll drive the extra 20 to get to the next one. Absolutely will not go back to this location.

The inventory is plentiful. The staff is very pleasant. The store could be more orderly, but staffing is limited.

It appears this store has gone downhill. I used to come here and was able to find an associate with a good attitude for customer service. Now the store is always under staffed and the associates act as if they don’t want to help you but they are always willing to take your money!

Poor customer service! I called Ipostal to understand how I can get packages transferred to me in Charlotte if I don’t have an active residence.
The first agent didn’t know what to do. He transferred the call to the print shop. The second agent said she would have her manager speak to me.
I heard the lady go get the manager. She did not place the call on hold so I am literally listening to conversations happening in the background saying hello can you hear me. Maybe after 5 minutes I heard the manager say “did she say there was a call waiting for me” the agent responded “I don’t know” I begin saying hello again. Hoping someone would hear me. Instead the manager rings out the customer conversing with him. Telling him she was a new manager and she would be here all the time.
I thought well this customer service experience is already off to a poor start because if you had the inkling that someone was on the phone why would t you look at the same home receiver that’s off the hook to see if the customer is there!
After 30 minutes of waiting I had to go. I had a call with my attorney at 1pm and could not wait for the staff to realize I was still on the phone waiting to be serviced.
Executives, please take this feedback and coach your staff. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Y the way our calls are recorded so if you need a copy of the call I’ll be happy to forward it to you.

Employees are so careless!!!!! An associate blatantly ignored the error message on the printer and said "that just happens!" No the hell it doesn't! This resulted in an incomplete print job, my card needing to be authorized more than once, not being able to have a receipt nor summary printed DUE TO THE DAMN ERROR THAT WAS IGNORED, and extreme frustration of mine!!!!!
I'm pretty pissed. Customer service needs to do much better and stop being so careless!

Horrible experience with tsa pre check. Lady at desk is rude. The manager does not accept the feedback. Would advise selecting another location. Precheck is a very simple process.

DO NOT come here for TSA precheck. 2 times now this location has cancelled my appointment the day before I’m supposed to come in resulting in a massive waste of my time. Sadly I’m forced to give them 1 star which is 1 too many because they haven’t done a single thing besides waste my time. Book anywhere else because all this location is good at is nothing besides drawing out this whole process

60% of the negative reviews are for the TSA pre-check service, and 40% are from the Staples side of things. My review pertains to Staples.
I called to see if they had a specific type of paper in stock. The guy on the phone was nice, but said "Give me 5 minutes to check" and put me on hold. 8 minutes later, I was still on hold and decided to just drive to the store and check for myself. I was curious how long I'd stay on hold, so I didn't hang up. After 23 minutes of waiting on hold, the line went dead (they hung up).
Upon reaching the store, I found the paper quickly and didn't have any further issues.

This store is easily marked, product is usually stocked, price is good, and the associates are happy to help in need.
