Our son went to this location for TSA precheck on Tuesday, May 21st. After his visit, he was noticeable shaken. The employee spoke so disrespectful to him and others waiting patiently for their appointment. He said he has never been treated so poorly. This may not be someone hired by Staples, but this gentlemen needs to be fired or put through serious training on customer service.

My fiancé and I recently visited this location to print a seating chart for our upcoming wedding. We were excited to complete this final step of our planning process. Upon approaching the printing counter, we were asked to wait, which we did patiently. However, when we informed the woman at the counter that we needed something printed, she responded by rolling her eyes and curtly stating, "that's not how things are done."
I mentioned that a few weeks prior, we had successfully printed an item by emailing our PDF to the store, and it was ready for us a few days later. Instead of assisting us, she remained silent and glared at us for several seconds before bluntly stating, "you can go online and do it."
While we would have been willing to follow any necessary procedures, the rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member were unacceptable. As a result, we chose to leave and have our printing done elsewhere.
Due to this negative experience, we will not be returning to this location, nor will we be recommending their services to others.

The experience I had printed Ceremony Programs and signage with Bernedette was some of the best customer service I have yet to find for printing anywhere!!!! SHE IS NOW MY GO TO :) Patrice was also super helpful as I came in a few days earlier to ask about the process, she was kind and patient with answering all my questions!

Stay away from this location for TSA Pre. Be sure to check first if walk-ins are allowed
. I waited for 2 hours in the line and was told no walk-in today. What a waste of my time. I will prefer different location. Staples employees are not that friendly, they have no information about TSA Pre. There are Karens out there very mouthful and thinks you are skipping the line. ?

Staples on Providence Rd, CLT is quick to help, orders are always on time, Bernadette in the printing department is exceptional. One of the best out there.! She always goes above and beyond, especially when I need a rush.

Had the absolute worst encounter with an employee by the name of Dan in the TSA pre Check. I am not one for posting reviews, but his attitude was so vile I felt the need to. He was ill-mannered, impolite and rude to myself, mother and every other customer waiting in the line. Because he was so difficult to deal with, I decided to travel to another staples just so I wouldn’t have to speak with him any longer. I wish anyone luck going through that process with him. If I could give him 0 stars I absolutely would.

On 3/20/2024,
I attempted to upload a banner file to the Staples copy and print portal. The maximum file size for upload was 50 MB and my file was 48.2 MB yet upon uploading, I kept receiving
an error message stating my file was over 50 MB and could not be uploaded. After an hour of switching browsers, attempting to upload different file types, and trying upload on a mobile device rather than desktop, I finally gave up and called the Staples Retail Store # 1223 located at 10850 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277
When I called in distress, Staples Print and Copy associate, Tom, answered the line and calmly listened to my dilemma. The solution he recommended was I visit the store with the file on a flash drive to have it printed. I asked when was a good time to bring the flash drive and he stated he would be in all day. Perfect! Except when I arrived to the store a few hours later, I realized I did so with the expectation it would be printed while I wait. When Tom asked if I could pick up tomorrow, my heart sank, my event was tomorrow!
I think he may have seen the look of horror on my face and asked if I could give him an hour and a half or two to work on the banner. I happily obliged and ran errands until I received a notification my order was done.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I observed Tom working with another customer to which he provided the same top notch customer service. Having reached a good stopping point, he retrieved my banner and made sure it had printed according to my liking. When it was time to process my payment, my coupon required an override. I opted not to use the coupon if it would cause an inconvenience, but Tom politely called a manager who promptly provided an override.
I am impressed overall with the quality of service I received as a Staples customer and I wanted management to be aware of the positive experiences Tom is delivering in his role. When time allows, please recognize him for a job well done!

Absolutely horrible, horrible service from Dan in the TSA pre checkout. I am not one for reviews, but my experience with him was so unpleasant I felt the need to. He is ill- mannered, impolite and rude I wish the best of luck to anyone going through the TSA precheck with him. If I could give him 0 stars I would.

scheduled an appointment for tsa precheck. i was looking forward to the ease of convince and swiftness other customers mentioned. i was not met with that. i was met with rudeness, attitude, and awkwardness. the man helping us did not care that anyone had appointment and laughed at us and was upset that we made him late. he made awkward comments at every little thing we did. we showed up on time for our appointment, but he did not have a system in place for that. all you hear is “NEXT!” which leads to no one caring and just taking your appointment time! i just think the whole situation was ridiculous. i understand that working at a job like that is not easy by any means. working with the public is awful. but putting in some kind of procedure will make that man’s job easier and customers happier. it’s a win win. i hope this helps.
