Don't use this facility. They have had over a week of break-in and have done nothing about it. They called last week and said your lock is missing from your unit. Went to check and almost the whole hallway had locks just on the floor where they had been cut off. Funny how they have known about this for atlest 5 days before they call to inform people. The person in charged said I can't tell people there unit or units were broken into. Plus they have cameras and they all had been turned up facing towards the sky. And once again didn't do anything thing about it. She also there's not much we can do. Did you call the police.
One gentleman that was their said he lost over 10,000 worth of equipment, and that's just 1 locker.
I guessing this was a inside job and the person running the place knows who might have been stealing.
Your taking a big risk to store anything here.

They let me book online and came in. They took my money and all. Just to tell me I can't stay past 1 month because I didn't have a physical address. Never lingered around or caused problems here. I've actually never seen or meet anyone of these employees before. Or had an issue with storage in the past. Go elsewhere. It's cheap because they are prejudice and annoying. Called somewhere else and had no problem.

My experience with Kimberly today was very good. She is very polite, informative and very professional. She assisted me with an issue and results were delivered and understood. Overall my belongings have been safe, my building entrance is clean. I’m a happy customer.

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and have finally moved my things out and into a home. Over the 7 years, I’ve never had a single issue with this location. Yes, the street appeal isn’t the best but what can they do about it when people don’t want to work or they are understaffed. My belongings were never harmed or stolen and have remained in good conditions.

Very bad experience. I would never recommend anyone to go there. The worst experience I've ever had. Anyone looking for parking space or storage. Please!!!!!! Don't go to SecurCare Storage. They are the worst ever!!!! Don't use them. Never no one in the office and the district manager for Charlotte nc and fayetteville nc area is truly unorganized and very unprofessional. Please anyone looking for storage space or parking space Don't go to SecurCare!!! If you do you will regret it!!!!!!

Doors open. Trash flowing into the street. Trashed RVs in storage. Bums hanging out around the units. Nobody on site… This place needs burned to the ground. You won’t find a worse place to store anything.

This place is disgusting. We've been here three times trying to talk to anyone on site, but they're never here during operating hours. Every customer we've talked to here is fed up with the lack of management. You can see garbage everywhere and storage doors rolled up with garbage flowing out into the isles. The parking storage has broken down and broken into vehicles surrounded by 6+ ft tall overgrowth. I don't know who is leaving good reviews, but it must be friends of whoever is supposed to actually be on site here. Bottom line is this place looks dangerous and disgusting. Keep looking.
