nobody at print and copy station, just a cashier that doesnt care about customer service, and a lady putting boxes together. even though there's no customers in the store and there's no print order queue, we are told that it would take over an hour to get the order fulfilled, but they had no problem cancelling the online order for us and pointing us to the self service printers and walking off. just shut it down and give up the real estate. you're wasting our time.

I’ve ALWAYS enjoyed going to Office Depot UNTIL TODAY!! The ABSOLUTE WORST Customer Service EVER!! Little Latino lady with her hair in a ponytail asked if I needed help? …only hurl out options that weren’t suitable for my needs such as picking up print COPIES TOMORROW!!??? Like you can’t assist me with the self service station After I TOLD YOU I’VE ALREADY UPLOADED THE DOCS!!??? MAaaaaaaan just throw the while whole position away, BRING IN THE ROBOTS!!!! Mean Humans SUCK!!! And not in a GOOD WAY!!! NuffCed.

The manager here may or may not be a racist but it was strange that I wasn’t able to get the same level of customer service as a white woman that was in line after me. All I wanted to do is ship items via FedEx and I was told by this manager they couldn’t because it would take too long due to them being short staffed. There were only 3 people in the store at the time and only 2 of us were in line. The manager spent 15mins or more helping the lady after me. What’s was the difference between spending the time to help her but not spending the time to help me?

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Office Depot, and I have Richard to thank for that. He provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized and stocked with a wide variety of office supplies. I will definitely be returning to Office Depot for all my office needs, and I highly recommend it to others. I come here everyday to get things printed for My 9-5 or my business. Today I stopped by to get a couple things printed and Ben was so rude he made me not want to come back. He made it seem like I was a complete bother to him and that's just not the way to treat a customer. Not sure if his year is already starting off bad but I hope it gets better.
