Fast, simple process! I completed an application online, the next day I called and the owner said he would check my application and call me back. He called me back same day and said I was approved. I appreciated the quick process because I needed a car asap.

I had a great experience with the purchase of an Audi for my daughters college graduation job well done. Michael gave me a once around video chat of the Audi, and assured me of how well maintained this car was. I also used the VIN number and Carfax to gather additional information on the car. I was purchasing from out of town (1200 miles away) and Michael was the only one that took me seriously and spent the time to show me through pictures and video what I was dealing with. It's really what closed the sale. I drove the car home from Charlotte with no problems. This Audi was a great purchase, and I appreciate Michael going the extra distance to make me feel comfortable with a sale for a out of town buyer.

This scam artist sold a car without a catalytic converter. Vehicle has over $8000 in damage to its exhaust. He either had it stolen off his lot or removed. DO NOT sign arbitration agreement with this scam artist. Do not buy a car here without a full inspection from an authorized dealership. The pos trailer obviously is a huge red flag that I ignored as is this guys shady tactics.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Ask for Mike! Honestly - the entire team is incredible from start to finish. Fair, friendly and hear what you want. I went to a few dealerships prior just to test drive. while the experience was fine, it was nothing compared to Mr Auto. I highly recommend them being your first and only stop on your car buying journey!

Mr Auto sales lemons, The car look good but after you purchase them get them home the car starts to fall apart I had to spend $1800 on the S550 mercedes-Benz that I purchased from him for almost $21,000. The check engine light came on. It was some sensors and some other stuff wrong with it. The car runs hard now the automatic trunk buttons that closes the trunk don't workI had to take it to the Mercedes-Benz dealership to get it all fixed...And I traded in a perfectly good E350 mercedes-Benz and put $5000 down, which has sold already , I made a bad trade... He made out like a bandit

!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! An hour after leaving the lot with my purchased vehilcle, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. After discussion with dealer i was told they would fixit if i signed a paper stating they would not be RESPONSIBLE for any repairs after that. ONE DAY after to SO-CALLED repairs were allegedlly done. The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is on once again. Weeks later i am still getting the runaround about bringing it back in to FIX the original issue. I GUESS THEY GOT ME BUT NEVER AGAIN.!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
