I needed a mattress and I had a good idea what I wanted. Mattress Firm was the second store I visited. The first did a whole presentation and wouldn’t listen. Took about 40 minutes. Your rep at Mattress Firm did listen. He sold me a mattress. I was out of there in five minutes. Nice guy, too.
