Pathetic customer service, the representative did not even make an effort to show the bag which were tied up. Non of the bags have prices on the display, each time we had to call her every time for the price. How can we buy 300$ worth of bag with out trying?? Decided just to leave....no wonder the shop is empty all the time!!

Had such a great experience at this location ! Ricky was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and where to get certain items! Had a very clean store and was very pleasant to deal with compared to some of the other outlet stores ! Will definitely travel back to this location!

I can’t say how insulted i felt yesterday and it was my 3rd time at the outlets but my first time seeing what the marc jacobs store had. I walked in with 3 other people and the two gentleman at the counter said a dry hello then watched us. One of them came to show us the low priced options and then when he went back to the front my friend overheard him say “ they probably just gonna window shop “. I’m here to say that’s completely disrespectful and unprofessional. In customer service you would be only ignorant to look at someone and estimate their pockets. I bought a SHELF bag and i was looked at strangely when i was absolutely sure i wanted it. I would never go back and i recommend to educate your staff on decency and respect.

I had a wonderful experience at this outlet. The moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Alicia with a beautiful smile and pleasant demeanor. She assisted me throughout my time in the store offering suggestions and recommendations. She was very sweet and funny. She is also quite the fashionista. I highly recommend this store and if you decide to give it a try, make sure you ask for Alicia?❤️ you won’t regret it. ?

Was told if I ordered a product by may 7 it would be here by mother's day. Ordered it on the 6th and the delivery date is may 13... both online and in store said that it will be here on time...

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Cory and especially Andy for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service and sales assistance on my recent visit. I had an issue with an item that I purchased as a gift. They effortlessly made it right! As a result, I did more shopping and actually ended up spending DOUBLE what I had originally planned. This store is clean, well-managed and a MUST SHOP AT when attending the Charlotte Premium Outlets. I was equally impressed that they were willing to call around to find an item that I was looking for. To say Andy went above and beyond is an understatement. She is a GEM ? and I appreciate her efforts and everyone I encountered at this store! 5 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

My first visit to the store back in Feb. was so welcoming. I was greeted by the best salesperson ever, Dez! Not only was he friendly, but he was very knowledgeable about the products and helped picked out a nice tote bag. Just the other day Dez reached out about a sale which he assisted with another awesome purchase. Everything was taken care of within the comfort of my home online since I reside in Virginia. Definitely will be making more purchases! Ask for Dez when visiting the store.
