Very rude customer service. They screen your calls when you try and call to inquire about your car and get answers. I believe I was talking to the owner's daughter and she was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with when repairing my car. I expect to pay a premium and get decent service, but instead all I get is attitude without the problem actually being fixed. It's a shame because I like to support local businesses, but this one really let me down when all I wanted was my car to be fixed.

Unprofessional service. They over charge and have no idea what they are doing. I continue to have problems even after the fix.

Terrible experience.
First of all they changed my alternator and the car still did not work. They wanted to change my battery and charge me additional for battery terminals, but that was not the issue. If I would have stayed with Luis auto I would have been out 1,000 dollars without my car being fixed.
The only saving grace is that I questioned why they were charging me a lot to change the battery and I gave them additional information about symptoms to help diagnose. They took this as not being comfortable with the work, but I insisted that I was good to proceed. I am convinced that they realized that they had no idea what they were doing and decided to be done with it. Why kind of trash company refuses to finish a job they started?
Terrible company, but I am thankful they refused to finish the job because I took the car to a mechanic that actually knew what they were doing. Luis misdiagnosed the alternator when it was just a fuse/wiring problem that was a $100 fix, and tried to charge over $1000. If you value your time, money, and piece of mind you will avoid Luis at all costs.
For reference my car was a 2016 Honda Civic stock with no big problems, so it was not a very confusing job. They just have no idea what they are doing.

I had my jeep towed there late at night. They called me early in the morning, told me what was wrong, fixed it that day and i was on my way.

I came in for an alignment and they didn’t complete the whole job. They didn’t reset the traction control module (not sure if that’s the name). So the light popped up on my dash, and I had to take it to another shop to get rid of it

Experience was very good. The mechanic dropped some knowledge on me about my vehicle and he worked with two young ladies, who were hands on during the inspection. I was very happy see this.
