It's small and compact the location and land they used to make the lidl store wasn't in the right spot and area. It has that Monroe rd layout feeling everything was so compact and hard to shop in the aisles. To open another checkout line takes forever like they don't have anything else to do and no self checkout like the other lidl stores in Charlotte. If something sells out quick can always go to another lidl in concord or matthews. I feel the location alone should be somewhere along University city blvd and north tryon or where ikea is at so many space there. I wish it was like near north tryon walmart. However the store is already made. But lidl better watch out now because they are building an Aldi near north tryon (near the cookout) I guess to get competition and I bet its going to be small and compact too. So many people from Aldi work at this lidl, or transfer from other lidl stores. The store managers were Derek, Natasha, tanya.

Went to shop when the store opened at 8am. Waiting almost 15 mins in parking lot along with 4 other cars. Doors were never unlocked even though there were employees inside. Went to spend money at another grocery store.

Great, clean store. My girlfriend and I shop here frequently. Competitive prices. Overall good quality groceries and odds and ends.

The manager will put his order on customers bills. If the manager is in front of you on the line make sure he was actually charged. He added all of his order to ours. Total creep!!!

The worst experience was when my payment wouldn’t go through using either card or Apple Pay. I had to rush to get cash to settle the bills(Happened many times). They need to change the payment device im sure there is no problem with my card coz i will use them daily .

Worst lidl experience and we shop there all the time just not at this location.
Long line, alarm for freezer going off whole time we were there. Freezer had been fixed but alarm needed to be turned off. Cashier said had been like this for 3 days. That alarm plus 2 kids ruined dad's day.
Appreciate the 20 bucks off my 100 dollar spend. That's their July 4th coupon until July 7th
