Riaan Engelbrecht provided an outstanding customer experience during my visit to the Hendrick Jaguar/Land Rover Charlotte location. He greeted me at the door, had my vehicle ready for a test drive and had anticipated all that I might need to make my decision. From start to finish it was a smooth process and I was out the door with my new lease in less then a couple hours. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the market for my next vehicle.

I would like to thank Land Rover Charlotte and specially John in their Service Department. We unfortunately got a flat tire on our Range Rover on I-77 while passing thru Charlotte.
AAA got us to the dealership and John took it from there. Land Rover Charlotte had the 22" Perelli Scorpion tire that we needed in stock and even though it was almost time for their Service Staff to go home for the day, John and his Service Tech took care of us and quickly and professionally got the correct tire mounted onto our Range Rover and us back on the road even though it was towards the end of the day for the Service Department Staff... thank you to all of them, especially John in Service and the Service Department Tech who really helped us out when we needed their help. I gladly give them 5 stars out of 5 stars. Great job Land Rover Charlotte.
