Went there today since my other Kure was out of my stuff and the staff was amazing. Courtney and Eli were so knowledgeable on their products I had to pick their brains a bit. I learned a lot of new things by going back and forth with them. Will definitely make the drive to NC to see this team again for sure!!

If someone asks you for the exact coil type MAKE SURE YOU ARE HANDING THEM THE CORRECT TYPE AND NOT JUST THE SAME BRAND NAME. Don't how you mix up PnP for TPP, but you guys were closed before I could turn around and come get the corrects ones. Can't have high prices and incompetent employees, gotta pick one or the other.

I quit smoking recently and needed to find a good juice and both times I have been I have felt so welcomed! The employees are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Great service, nice employees who will take the time to explain things. Good products overall. I just hope to see some solventless cartridges soon.The reward system is ok but could be better. Overall, one of the best Vape store in the Ballantyne area if not the best.

The sign on the storefront said open at 10, arrived at 10:10 to a locked door and no one answering the phone. Disappointed to have to find somewhere else.

This is by far the best Kure I’ve been to; their staff is always friendly and is very knowledgeable about their products. Josh, the manager, is an awesome person and goes above and beyond to get you what you need. He personally called my roommate and I to keep us up to date on a product we wanted that was out of stock. He followed up at least once or twice a week for 2 weeks to let us know when they would be getting it in and even searched the district to find us a store that had it. I personally will only shop at this one because they are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to vape and cbd products.
