Soon it will be be 9 months since my claim and I still do not have a factory hardtop replacement for my jeep (Keffer has already been paid by the insurance company). I have made numerous calls with unfulfilled promises to call back. In addition to the poor customer service, the quality of the repair was lacking. One quarter panel was refinished and the car was returned with paint on the rear passenger window. (picture attached).If you are in need of a repair, I HIGHLY recommend going to another dealership.

I was referred to Keffer Collision on E. Independence Blvd. by Keffer Hyundai and was kindly greeted by JQ who looked at my vehicle, explained exactly what the work detail would consist of and the estimated time frame it would take to complete the labor. I was impressed with the level of courteousness, professionalism and knowledge JQ showed. I also came in contact with Katie at the front desk, who was also friendly, personable and a delight to speak with. When my Equus was returned to me, it was perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever, only kudos to JQ and the staff. Not only is the workmanship excellent, but the customer service is wonderful. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Keffer Collision to family, friends and anyone else.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service and lack of customer service I received today and throughout this 2 month process from Noel. I received a call from Noel yesterday , September 2,2021 stating my car would be ready for pick up today by lunch and he would call me at that time. I waited to reach out until 3:00pm and still received his voicemail. I called back again and asked for a manager (JQ) who I was not in. Finally Noel called back and I asked him what was the status and I was advised the car was still not ready and he tried rushing me off the line.I quickly spoke up and advised Noel that he also talked to the insurance company and advised them that my car would be ready today which made the insurance company end my rental as of today. Noel proceeded to tell me the car not being ready was out of his control and he would call me back without even addressing the rental car at all.Throughout this process Noel has oversold and under delivered in reference to communication. My biggest ask during this is that he just keep me informed as the insurance company taking care of the bill is not my company and they don’t communicate at all. I have constantly had to leave message ask for managers just to get assistance.Noel was rude and disrespectful through this entire exchange. I selected this collision shop because this is where I received excellent service when I purchased my car and assumed this was the standard through all departments. This is my second jeep and after this experience probably my last.We are all busy, overworked, and stressed during this time and it’s understandable however being rude to your customers is unacceptable. Pushing me on the back burner after two months with no empathy or compassion I believe is unacceptable.

To be clear this 5 star review is based almost entirely on the superior customer service provided by Noel. I own a fleet of vehicles so unfortunately I get to deal with lots of body shops. However, Noel is extremely good at his job. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and times time to explain things thoroughly. Thank you Noel.

Buster was AWESOME! I was rear ended and was hesitant to get my Jeep fixed because it's a limited edition emerald green color. I told him when I dropped it off that I'd rather he not fix the paint if the color wouldn't match exactly and he told me not to worry. He managed to find a brand new hitch for my Jeep after being told it was discontinued, and he kept me in the loop the entire time. When I picked my Jeep up today, the color was PERFECT and the hitch looked better than it ever has before! Although I hope I never need his help again, I would certainly bring my Jeep back to Buster/Keffer in the future.

I needed a bumper replaced because of the rear end collision by someone who had State Farm insurance. I chose to go to Keffer collision as they are a State Farm select provider and would pay them directly and I would not have to be involved with any payment. Keffer Collision was incredibly professional. They completed the repair timely and when promised. JQ was my contact there and he was extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

Brought my car to get repaired after an accident. Buster was very communicative of what was going on and replied quickly whenever I reached out. My car is brand new and when I came back to pick it up it was back to perfect condition!

Buster Bell and his team at Keffer Collison did a fantastic job on the repairs to my jeep wrangler! They are truly amazing at their job! The customer service Buster provided was incredible, even from our very first phone call he reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands the entire time! I will return to Keffer Collison for any repairs I may need in the future and I was definitely recommended them to any one I can!

Walked in to a comfortable environment that I felt was filled with honest people who I trusted to fix my car. Was happy with the work and the time. They went above and beyond to help with the rental process and made sure to get my car fixed as soon as possible. It's nice knowing I have someone on my side and there if anything happens!
