worst customer service ever after charging ridiculous amounts for huge mark ups such an worst last case company i am very sorry will never buy its my misery that i have to use my refund amount otherwise this is a 3rd grade customer service compared to all the website being all modern nice and above par they need to realize its not clothes its also their organic look

I have worked with Taylor a couple of times. She is always a joy to work with and makes me feel like a valued customer. When I had a question on a gift card she spent time making sure I understood and had copies of everything. She never leaves me feeling like she is in a hurry. When I want a new piece of Johnny Was she is my go to.

This used to be a wonderful store with lovely and helpful staff. The new staff is rude, lazy and unprofessional. Yujin will make you leave the store within two steps of walking in. I have been a long time customer of Johnny Was and after visiting the South Park location a couple of times, I have felt belittled and mistreated. She will lie to your face and then publicly shame you over her mistakes. The items at this store are not cheap and the company should know better to hire qualified employees that know how to treat their customers right. Honestly you are better off buying online than going into this store location— expect disappointment at best.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this beautiful boutique type shop. Eugene (sp?) was delightful, friendly, so helpful and honest in giving her opinions about my try-ons. I found things I loved but not in my size, unfortunately. (If you find something you like, buy it - Johnny Was is popular and sells out quickly) Eugene not only was a great hostess, as we had the store to ourselves, but when she learned that we were tourists, she recommended a beautiful rooftop restaurant nearby, among other suggestions. I cannot remember the last time I felt so well taken care of in any store. Also liked the fact that she seemed comfortable wearing her face mask. Can't wait to go back!

Ordered a pack of masks , over $40. Very thin, mostly solid velvet 2 ply, saggy and baggy and not even a nose bridge wire for fit. Next time I’ll order from Amazon and pay 1/4 of the price for much better quality and most importantly better fit and protection.
