Terrible place. In addition, the system on self service checkouts is not very good either. but instead of helping customers, the seller at self-service checkouts can only be rude and does not understand anything. I won't set foot here again.

I have grown to hate this Harris Teeter because of the deli department alone. It’s almost as if the job requirement for the deli/sub station department is “bitter middle aged woman”. There’s literally only two employees at that station who are amazingly nice, the others are bitter hags. Specifically the older lady with glasses, blue braids & severe underbite. Every time that we come to the deli or substation, I pray that she is not there. She just has an attitude for no reason. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Her lip is always poked out, and she huffs and puffs as if she hates her life, and she moves INCREDIBLY SLOW. My first encounter with her, she literally watched me stand at the substation for almost 5 minutes waiting to be helped… ignoring me… while I saw her try to hide behind the bread holders. That was weird… The manager of this deli area is no better. He also routinely has an attitude and a pouty face. And for some reason… They always get upset if you ask for anything extra. Extra lettuce, extra pickle, they always seem to hate to make your sub how you want it. The energy is always so weird and offputting… And it’s literally only with the substation employees.! The rest of Harris Teeter’s employees are amazing. Fire the whole deli staff (except the 2-3 amazing women) and start over, because there is no reason why getting a sub should be a hassle EACH AND EVERY TIME!
Publix would NEVER.

This store needs an update, but the employees are always nice and attentive. Great location!

The deli lady is extremely rude and yells at you. Most of the employees at this location lack customer service! Definitely not what I expected shopping at a Harris Teeter!

former winn dixie however the store needs an upgrade its old and not compareable to the rest of the Harris Teeter stores in the Charlotte metro area. Kathy is a really strict ACSM refused to do a scan error and only gave me the difference. So I told her to return it. Robert told me I can come back for the item for free.

Former Winn Dixie. This store is by the worst the HT store shop at in Charlotte. Its old and smell horrible when you walk. The produce and meat dept quality isn't the same like other HT stores. They smell and sell it at a discounted price. The service is alright. The store manager who came from store #167 transferred here to store #171. Store # 167 closed and converted to a food lion. Which I believe that store should of renovated as well. This store will never remodel or renovated its so sad to see because all of the other HT stores are nice, have fresh products, etc. Even an employee ask to renovate the store the manager Von didn't approve it and stop the petition. I would advise you all to shop at #157 and not at this location. Its sad to see the Walmart got renovated, Food Lion across the street seems to have lots of customers, and Lidl a few blocks down is new to the area. If HT Park Rd shopping center can be remodel so can this one off Sardis Rd. Its 2024 shouldn't grocery stores look more modern and better?! Apparently HT corp doesn't want to close this store down.

I've stopped going to this location for my groceries a while back. However a friend of mine just stopped here and made a comment how bad producer were and the smell. Which are all reasons I stopped going.Reasons I stopped going was finding countless moldy items, especially their pre packaged food by the deli. produce is so so, and it building sometimes has a bad smells. customer service is ok, but I'm just disappointed in this Harris teeter too many times to go back.

People working in the deli definitely need to be replaced or trained on customer service. Every trip I make to this store the only issue I have is with the deli department. The employees are extremely rude and nasty, lazy would be an understatement. The employees need to realize they don't have to work there they can quit and get a different job. Treating people like garbage is not a good look for the Harris teeter name especially when this corporation is supposed to be known for their kind service.

The main flaws of this store are too often empty shelves of the items I need and several people who work there haven't a clue how to spell 'customer relations,' much less practice it. When you walk up to the deli counter, rarely are you met with 'good morning' or 'good afternoon.' It's typically 'take yo' order.' As one woman wrote, there is one older black lady, who has worked there 5-6 months, in the deli who is dumber than a rock. "Dollie T's review describes her perfectly!" Seriously, we don't expect rocket scientists to be working here, but we do expect people who can speak coherent English and treat customers with respect. They need to be reminded who's paying their salaries! I find myself going across the street to Food Lion more and more each day.

Would really love to see more gluten free options that aren't $8 loaves of bread that are half the size of regular bread. I've now been to 3 stores in search of gluten free graham crackers and all the main stores have failed me. The prices for GF stuff is outrageous, it's not a fun fad for those of us that have Ceiliac!!

I was disappointed with the amount of moldy produce, grapes, cherry tomatoes, melon ls just to name a few, and then when a question in produce about an item I was dismissed like a piece of yesterday's dirty laundry.. I would say fund another HT to shop at..
