I had a gut feeling from the moment I sat in her chair that it was going to be bad. Wish I would’ve listened to myself. Terrible hair cut, somewhat rude as well. I was respectful and just said “I think I’m done, please stop cutting”. And I still tipped more than 20%. Don’t bother going here! Now I’ll have to pay even more to get it fixed. Really disappointed as I’ve going to Great Clips for years.

I've been going to different Great Clips for over 2 years, and this is by far one of the worst ones I've ever been to. If there is an option for zero star I would given.

I've been going to different Great Clips for over 10 years, and this is by far one of the worst ones I've ever been to. Figured I tried this place out since it was 5 minutes away from work. Checked in online, said I was first on the list, and headed down on my lunch break. There were 3 people working, and 2 people were in the process of getting haircuts. Tell me why not one worker welcomed me or asked if I checked in online? Not one word towards me. And I spent 40 minutes in this salon before walking out. I don't know how long each patron that was getting their haircut were in the process of doing so before I got there, but does it take each haircut 45+ minutes to do? I had to walk out because my break was over, and I didn't want to be late getting back to work, but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Great Clips. I could understand if one worker said hello, checked me in, and said it would take a little bit to get thru those haircuts, but when there are 3 workers and only 2 people were getting hair cuts, the math doesn't add up. If that 3rd worker is on a lunch break, just say something. I didn't get one word spoken to me at all. Unacceptable.

To the stylist on shift this evening (05/16/24), I urge you to learn to be courteous. I have been a patron of this Great Clips branch for the past 10 years, and this is the first time I have encountered such rude behavior. I believe Great Clips management should ensure that their staff has basic knowledge of customer care and service. We do not need someone who bosses customers around.
During my visit to the salon this evening, I had checked in online, and my name appeared at the top of the list on the screen. I was the only person waiting. However, when Mr. X arrived and mentioned he hadn't checked in online, the stylist manually checked him in and called him for a haircut, completely ignoring me.
When I questioned this, she insisted that I should have checked in at the desk. But the question is, whose responsibility is it to check me in at the desk? If it were crowded, I can understand. However, I was the only person waiting there. It's common sense to attend to the only person waiting rather than completely ignoring them and manually checking in a new person. Mr. X was polite enough to apologize, even though it was not his mistake at all. It's the duty of the hair stylist to welcome and check me in. I cannot check in on your terminal; I already checked in online. Going to Great Clips and interacting with the stylist has always been enjoyable, but today she spoiled my experience. :(

Very bad experience with haircut. Don’t know the name of her but she was having burgundy color hairs. She doesn’t pay attention while trimming which resulted in bruises. So unprofessional! Never visiting this place again.

The girl who cut my hair completely messed it up. Another stylist jumped in but it is too late. I went home to mess with it and wash it but it’s not fixable. Got a refund but doesn’t fix my hair

I love it there! I love it whenever I don't think we have taken enough hair during my haircut after I get home that I have 7 days to go back and have it fixed at no extra cost.

They’re friendly, have a nice work and their check-in app is awesome and has a function to inform that the waiting time and the order your turn is.

I have been regular customer at this place but lately the quality is degrading day by day.Last time I had a bad experience with my 4 yr old son and this time it was a horrible experience for me.A old lady with burgundy hair color did my cut and I was not only left with bad haircut but also with cuts and bruises.
