My haircut turned out fine but this Hair Stylist named Brenda was very impatient and seemed annoyed. I’ve been to this Great Clips many times and I’m surprised how she treats her customers so rudely. Never coming back to this location. ??????

Atlast I got a perfect hair cut, all thanks to Manuella, she had the patience to listen and do the hair cut exactly the way I wanted.I highly recommend this place. Book your place online so that you don't have to wait for a long time in the line. I will definitely visit this place again.

Nice place and I don't have any complaints about the quality of the service. However, for a $20 haircut, showing suggested tip amount minimum as $5 is not appropriate I think. Its more than 25%. Though it has the option to customize and pay the amount whatever I like. But its creating a guilt feeling in customers mind. Looks like its a strategy followed by the chain forcing the customer to pay higher tip. IMO suggesting a tip amount should be banned across the country.

Will not go to this location again. I went in and showed my stylist a picture of a taper fade and a scissored look up top, she proceeded to tell me she had been working long enough in the business to not need the photo. She then cut my hair in a completely different way, and then when she was finished she told me that I could not achieve the haircut I was looking for because of my hair texture? And the real problem is she had so much hair to work with beforehand to talk with me about what she could or couldn’t do, but she basically told me she could do it and then lied about it. So I decided to get a haircut today 10/24/21 @ 4:30 pm. When it was my turn to get my haircut the hair dresser had the audacity to ask me why I came in so late for a haircut then she rushed to cut my hair. Very unprofessional. You won’t see me again there E’.
