The people are great but location/parking is a major problem. Not accessible for anyone in wheelchair. Had to park in the back where homeless immigrants camping/hiding behind dumpster.

I paid 32 dollars and the woman doesn't look like someone who know what he's doing, I was even scared to ask her to trim from the sides since she didn't do it and she can make things worst, I will never back to this store

Absolutely butchered my hair. Asked for 1/4 off and took about 1.5 - 2 inches off. As a guy that is a hugely significant difference. Also, the cleaning up and shaving around the ears is widely uneven and way to high, looks terrible. I’ll go back as this isn’t my typically experience but absolutely will never let the same stylist cut my hair.

Bizarre location. Turned out to be a 'hidden gem'! Kyla was my Stylist and was awesome!! Very professional, friendly and detailed. Both Ladies cranked out sharp, clean professional haircuts. I will for sure give it another try. Thank you for enjoying your profession

Went in with hair unwashed and tangled for almost a week due to a broken hand. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and understanding, and even showed my boyfriend how to comb the tangles out of my hair, as I won’t be able to for the next month. These folks are great and I highly recommend!

Got my son's hair cut, the Asian man who did it was very sweet, but I'd never go back and let him do it again. Very uneven, choppy and nothing like the picture I showed him. I'm taking him to another place tomorrow to see if they can fix the damage done because I'm embarrassed for him.
