Maribel the teller at this location is very incompetent. She could not cash a check because she couldn't verify it an sent me to another branch and also quoted me a 5% charge for the check if she could cash it, went to another branch an had no problems they knew exactly who to call to verify it and did it for 2%

I’ve banked here for over 3-5 years. The process to get my loan has been super drawn out and at this point I’m considering cancelling. After providing the requested information I’ve been told to wait 48 hrs for a response . It’s been about a week now and I still haven’t gotten to complete the process. It’s ridiculous,

Branch is great, IT support is horrible!!!!! I changed phones and without warning I am locked out of online banking and have talked to 4 IT support people all saying there is nothing they can do. If you use online banking and plan on ever upgrading your phone DON'T USE FITH THIRD!!!!!!!

I gave fifth third a call this morning because there were some fishy transactions going on with my bank account. Whoever Josh is was the most rude person I have ever talked to at fifth third. I’ve been banking with them for almost 5 years and that was the worst customer service I have received from fifth third. I asked him about my transactions and he tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. When I asked him how this happened he told me “I don’t know”. He kept trying to send me to the dispute line but I didn’t need to dispute I needed fifth third to fix whatever was going on with my bank account. When I told him to put me on the phone with someone who could help he hung up in my face and sent me to the dispute line. Very very rude, and very bitter.

I would not ever recommend this bank!! The people are nice; that is the only positive thing I have to say. I have had several accounts with 5/3. Each time I've had horrible experiences but I always say "I'll give them one more chance". Never again. The information they give is inaccurate so often, whether it is on the phone or in the branch. As I said, the employees are kind so you are mislead into believing what they say. Down the road, you realize, once again, the info given was wrong. I don't usually express negatively like this but there have been so many issues and I closed my account a month ago and I'm still experiencing them.

The absolute worst banking experience in my life! 5/3 states they are customer focused, brags about their personal banker relationships, but the bottom line is the online experience, customer service agents and overall service rank as the worst banking experience I have ever encountered in my 20+ years of banking. Sadly, they have the right concept, but unfortunately they do not live up to it in their daily business practices.

I left BOA to go to a new bank after the fees, on first visit the gentleman who helped us was great and went back and signed up with them with him. Had a fee charged called to check on it and too see if I could get a refund maybe. The service I received from the lady who was very rude and not helpful at all, reminded you of BOA. Very rude not sure if service is like this at all of the locations but she was very rude and I will not return to this location for anything again!!

Fifth Third in the Park Road Shopping Center. Easy access to a drive-up ATM, but the fees! OMG! I'm still stunned with $3 ATM fees, since I'm used to being free in the UK. Wow, this is crazy stuff!
