I waited to give this review considering that I’m usually quite punctual especially with bad service, and especially about my hard earned money. On October 27th, I mailed a prescription (blood pressure medicine) for my dad to his residence at Jefferson, South Carolina.Though I’ve shipped things to his address several times t standard delivery this year, I wanted to send this particular packaging overnight considering that my day was running low (down to the last two capsules) on his meds, and needed the pills immediately I paid $57.00 Express delivery, at the East Blvd location. As I’ve stated above, I’ve shipped to the address several times this year.I received a call on Saturday around 2:pm that the mail was undeliverable because the address was wrong. This was a lie. The address did not change— in fact I explained to the person that called me, that I’ve mailed to the address several timesThe rep that called said she was calling from the shipping location in Pineville, and that she would remedy the situation, and also credit me the funds since my dad did not get the delivery next day. I asked for half since standard is about $17.00. She assured it would be all the funds after researching, and the package would get delivered Monday 11/30. She apologized— If the driver was a po lazy to drive, and didn’t want to make the trip, say that and refund my money. I didn’t pay for standard shipping. I paid for Express, and have yet to receive invoicing after delivery to the address that wasn’t wrong to begin with.That’s lack of integrity and poor servicing.I’ve called many times, and still no honest resolve.Theives!

Paul at this location went above and beyond to help me with my Apple return. He repacked the item for me and taped up the return label, which was printed on regular paper. This saved me a lot of time and hassle, and I really appreciate his kindness and helpfulness.
