0/5 stars!!! I had a FedEx package from Shein being delivered to MY address and somehow FedEx wanted to deliver it here. Donna at the front desk signed for it, once I went up there she said it was an error and they must have grouped my package with their Amazon packages since it was from China (not sure how, when MY address was listed as the address to delivery it to). She told not to worry it was on a truck to be delivery today even though the tracking didn't reflect that, it just showed delivered. Its annoying because once I left she updated the delivery address to Amazon Lot instead of their address and removed her name. I want this noted so hopefully it doesnt happen to anyone else, and I'll be back once FedEx investigates because I shouldnt be responsible for FedEx and Donna's mistake. My package shouldnt have been grouped with Amazon packages or even brought here!!!!!

Worse company ever delivered my package to wrong address even though the package asked for signature and yet driver to stupid to check the person name who signed for it now I can't get my money back until an investigation is completed which then I have to put a new order in which my item may be sold out so I am out of luck this is a horrible company

I live in North Wilkesboro NC and clearly the local driver cannot read he delivers to wrong address constantly. I called fedex today so they would please reach out to insure it was delivered correctly they refuse to help. Said it has not been delivered well that's why I called. The package that was delivered yesterday is no where to be found and they won't make sure this one is delivered correctly. UPS has no issues delivering to correctly. Very upsetting.

Driver didn't follow instructions on where to drop the package. Because of that there there two failed deliveries. After two they expect you to take off work to pick an item up that you paid shipping for. Fixing your own mistakes is critical for customer service.
