I went in there after being to two other FedEx.
Absolutely horrible customer service at all of the locations.
They are so quick to enforce the little authority they have by saying no.
Every location that I went to would give me incorrect information.
Maybe do a background check on the employees that you’re hiring because all of them seem to have an education of a third grader.
I have never had such a bad experience, trying to mail a package in my life.
I felt like I was at the DMV.

Good location. Off east blvd right beside the Moe's. Few parking spaces in the front and could get a bit tight on a busy day. Employees were super friendly and efficient. In and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming to this location a lot more often.

I dont like how the associate manager up charges on things that she makes sound like would be free. I came to print a shipping label and left paying $4 for it lol. Odd bc i thought printing was free? Definitely left feeling like i got manipulated bc of how she spoke to me. Everyone I’ve spoken to at this location prior has been nothing but kind and helpful though.

Came in last minute right before close and right away Brandon made me feel welcomed and reassured me by letting me know that there was no need to rush it even though they’re closing they will make sure that they take care of me. And not to worry. He was so sweet even offered me an envelope to keep my items in safely when I ultimately decided not to ship. He then walked me to the door to let me out as it had been closed at that point and wish me happy holidays and happy night. The energy that he gives off and the smile on his face just made me feel compelled to write this review on him he should have a raise and FedEx should never ever let this employee go! If they do I will take him for sure! FedEx lucky to have Brandon!

Usually their quality is good, but this time the price quoted online for printing postcards was $36.99. The price we were charged was $161.40! We were shocked and upset but could not get the local office to lower the price at all. Beware - the online printing price and the store printing price are not the same!

Staff is nice. Clean tidy. Easy to use printers. Cost less than 20 cent to print black and white.
