Very poor customers service and nasty attitude.I felt profiled by a lady who might have been the manager. She was very nasty to my mum, sister and I while we tried to shop. I would not recommend shopping here at all.

Clothes are poor quality and staff is rude. I tried to return a pair of socks for $7. I wore them once and they had a hole in them. The unbelievably rude staff accused me of lying. For $7 that was part of a $250 purchase. Who would do that? Anyway, I'm never shopping there again. Clothes are disposable anyway.

Last week the manager Patrick gave me such a great shopping experience! He was very helpful the entire time I was shopping and even helped me pick a brand new outfit to wear for an event. I will always come back to this location! :)

If I could give less than zero I would. They are about as bad as the actual stores if not worse. Inside is a total mess, clothing everywhere unorganized, sweater section with sweaters strewn everywhere no order of sizing on the boxes. Workers there who don’t even know what a camisole top or romper is! Bad attitudes and rudeness and those that weren’t rude with bad attitude were snobby, unsure of everything when asked simple questions, &/or acted like they were too busy to be bothered or like they didn’t care like the guy that was supposedly managing that day, I could go on and on but I won’t.
