    very annoying. I paid 200$ for my shipment from India to charlotte and my package got hold and didn't get delivered for 5 days. everyday package status says out for delivery and don't get delivered. very frustrating . not sure where I can file ticket on this.

    This don’t make no sense!!! I have been waiting on my package for 4 days. It has been at this location for 4 day. I would have picked it up, but it says it was out for delivery 2days in a row now! Never again! Go somewhere else if you can!!!
