They failed to send my daughters digital book code so she was without it for two weeks when classes began. You have to go in because they don't answer the phone. BUT, when I went in, they were very helpful.

The staff and student workers were professional, kind, prompt and knowledgeable on helping me get the supplies I needed for the semester
