Josh and Jeff have taken care of my s2000 multiple times this second half of the year and always leave it in showroom condition. The quality of work they produce for the amount they charge is second to none and you can tell that this shop is passionate in their craft. Would highly recommend and definitely look forward to our future projects together.

My husband has Alzheimers and we recently moved to Charlotte. I had a little accident and no knowledge of body shops in our area. So I called my friends at AAA Car Maintenance who said that they always recommend CarsMetrics to their clients and use the body shop for repairs themselves. Jeff and Jason were so kind to us and their estimate was even less than I anticipated. They kept us informed as to their progress and the car looks fabulous! Have already recommended them to everyone I know!!!

My relationship with Carsmetrics started back in 2017. Since then, I have taken 2 of my cars to them for paint/body work 5 times. Both cars have a 3 stage metallic finish, which can be hard to match depending on the shop. I am a very meticulous person, so my standards are pretty high when it comes to my cars . Carsmetrics kept in the loop with statuses of all repairs and answered all my questions without bias. There overall prices for repairs are considerably lower but the quality of work and professionalism is 2nd to none. After repairs are done, they will follow up to make sure all is good and address any concerns/questions. I would definitely recommend them for any paint and/or body work needed,

Jeff and team do amazing work. Brought my wife's 2022 Honda Odessey to them to fix after someone hit her in a parking lot. The repairs were done in a timely manner and it looks as good as new. The van is a dark gray which I know can be difficult to match, but they nailed the color perfectly. Thanks again Carsmetrics!

Turned around a small fender-bender with difficult-to-match 10yr old pearlescent paint in less than a week and you can’t tell there was ever an accident. And saved me thousands over what Hendrick quoted.

Jeff and Carsmetrics are great to deal with. They are customer oriented, knowledgable, efficient, reasonably priced, and the work is high quality. How do I know? Because my family has four cars and Jeff and the Carsmetrics team have fixed them at least ten times. Needless to say I cannot recommend Carsmetrics more highly!

A hidden gem here in Charlotte. Had to get some body work done to my car after running over something on the highway late at night. Not only was the service great but the price was very affordable! The workers here were friendly, fast, honest, and did an incredible job. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends. Highly recommend using these guys

This place was so easy to work with for fixing a dent in our car. The price was reasonable. Jeff the manager looked at the car and gave me a price right away. He let me know what would be done, when I could get it done and when to expect it back. Josh was there when we picked it up. The car looks great. Everything went flawlessly. So pleased. We have another car with a dent if we get it fixed we will take it to them. So happy I found these people.
