This is such a great place. Boarded our German shepherd over the weekend and got picture reports on their app. And a full report on the nail trimming. I usually just book the appointments for daycare or service or boarding on the app and it's super easy!

As a fellow pet care company and lover of furry four legged companions, CDP has been nothing but wonderful since I've started coming! They've also started weekend daycare and that's so cool for dogs that need to have some fun and let their pawrents enjoy some time in the city or napping at home!

Our dog Franklin is SO happy at Carolina Doggie Playland. He goes a few times a week and gets so excited when he drop him off and he sees where we are. He’s also been boarded there and loved it. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and loving to our pup. And to top it all off, they have the best prices in town! I would recommend CDP to anyone.

We have brought our pup here for the past couple of months and she loves it! She starts running towards the door to see her friends (pups and people), something she has never done at other daycares. The staff is super friendly and professional as well. Would definitely recommend!

Carolina Doggie Playland is a wonderful place for dogs.We have been taking our dog, Franklin, to CDP since he was a little pup. He loves it there and so do I. The staff are amazing and they know each dog by name and personality. They make sure every dog is happy and comfortable, and they adjust the activities according to the dogs' energy levels and temperament. They really care about the dogs and their well-being, and it shows. I am so thankful for all that they do to make Franklin's life (while I am at work) happy and filled with love. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I was a little nervous to bring him there when I read some of the older reviews and I just caution you to remember that anyone and their mother can write a review on Google. I have been there, toured the facility and I have one happy doggo that comes home to me every day. Thank you all for being so lovely!!

Nothing is the same since Christie sold her business to Tina. There was no real accountability for forgetting to feed my two year old pup for two days…. Sad sad days

Great place for dogs, we came to Charlotte to visit family and needed a last minute place to leave our dog Pingo, and even though this is a very busy weekend, Hanna, Loren and Quinn were wonderful! We brought him for an evaluation and they took him at that moment! The subsequent days , our dog would jump off the car to enter the facility.I highly recommend this place, the ladies were wonderful with dogs and very accommodating! When we come back to Charlotte we will be bringing Pingo here!

Molly, our lab, really enjoys going and always comes home tired. We typically board her for one weekend out of the month to go to the mountains. Could use better parking, though. Sometimes if too busy you can barely fit in or might have to park at the business next door to drop off or pick up because it's a small spot. I'm really writing this review because when our power went out right before Christmas they were kind enough to let Molly board for the night so she would have a safe and warm place to be until the power was back the next day. They didn't have the space to keep her in a full sized room but a staff member went and bought a new kennel, set it up, and was able to board her (the AirBnB we booked was No Pets Allowed). They were too kind working with us to accommodate our (and the greater Charlotte Area's) power predicament!

I am posting this about some thing that happened a time ago because I don't want retaliation. I took my dog to this daycare, and not long of picking him up he was deceased. He had no former health conditions and was at the vet a month previously to get his vaccines updated and for a check up. He was not on any prescription medication. He loved going to this daycare and I appreciated that they had WebCams. On this visit in particular, I did not see him on the WebCams the entire time. I checked constantly and did not see him. when I called about this they said he was not feeling well and was in a one to one ratio with a staff member playing and resting. However, as I took him away and down their steps I could see that he was anxious and distraught. I did not go right back into the daycare I went straight to the vet. The daycare continually denies giving him any medication, but I and the vets agree that based on all of the tests he went through he was medicated. They have far too many dogs, improper separations between kennels, and numerous violations publicly reported of giving dogs the wrong medications. I did not realize any of this before and that is my fault for not properly vetting this facility. Lesson learned, pay more to board your dogs because the "cheapest" options are not up to standard or safe. And do your research.

Doesnt look like much on the outside but the staff is super friendly and they love dogs, it's a small business so it's not fancy (you know the type - dog bar and sells keychains, stickers, t shirts, etc) they are just there for your dog to have fun. Ive been a customer since right before the company changed ownership, and im impressed by the changes. it was ok before, decently priced and my dog came home tired, but now it smells good, there's agility equipment outside, the actual yard for the dogs is huge. The new manager Lauren is on top of things and never forgets a face. She knows everything about my dog and his routine. The rest of staff is equally as friendly and caring, I dont think I could ask for more
