Phil Griffin and Melissa Helms have been exceptional to work with in planning and setting up our rental of a copier for our church. They are readily available to answer any questions and always get back to us quickly. I had looked for quite some time to find a company to provide a copier and service for Osceola UMC. No one came close to meeting our needs until I found CBT. When Phil says "I'll have your quote to you in 15 minutes" he means it! Give them a call if you need this type of service - you won't be sorry!!!!

Our church has been a customer of CBT for just over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. We love the rental arrangement instead of leasing, the cost is wonderful, and service is impeccable. Robert is fantastic--our copier had a plastic piece break off, he diagnosed it first thing on Monday morning, and was back Tuesday morning at 8:30am with the part, and we're back up and running! Amazing.
