The fine folks at Canine Carousel took such good care of my girl Maris. We have tried several groomers in Charlotte and this is by far the best groom she’s gotten. All the details were done perfectly including the inner ears and paw pads. They were able to get her in quickly and were very reasonable in terms of cost. We will be using them from now on!!

We love Diego, Susan and Brandon. Seriously all the staff are great and our dog is never upset to go there. He comes back looking great.

I went to pick up a dog for my friend because she couldn’t get off work in time and when I picked up her puppy up she had burn marks all over her body from the clippers and she had two bleeding toenails from when they trimmed her toenails didn’t even bother bandaging them up or putting Medicaid on it, establishment does not care about the dogs getting groomed they just care about the money. It was so nasty in there. The owner Tiffani storm has a history of owning establishments that are nasty and doesn’t take care of them. Avoid this place.

Brandon is an amazing groomer/dog whisperer. My dog is very anxious and Brandon was eventually getting kisses while he was getting his haircut. Thanks Brandon!

Wow! Thank you so much for taking great care of George for his first hair cut. I was an anxious dog mom, worried he would jump or something and i would picked up a bald pup. I knew he would be nervous and not the best boy during it. He came out looking so handsome. Thank you times a million. You’ve gained lifelong customers after such a fabulous first experience .

ZERO STARS. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a pet groomer, from the customer service to the grooming itself. He did the opposite of everything I asked for and was extremely rude with every encounter: eye-rolling, sighing, and mumbled commentary. My dog looks nothing like himself. Will NEVER go back here

This place is amazing. Not only is Diego an amazing groomer (and I’ve used many), but the staff is incredibly kind and professional. Overall a great experience. Price is also incredibly reasonable.

Since the pandemic we've not been to Canine Carousel but cannot wait to go back there!! I took my little yorkie, Aimee, and always a very thorough and beautiful job! Her nails were ALWAYS TRIMMED. which is a rarity these days and anal glands expressed, again a rarity with other groomers! I highly recommend Canine Carousel to all of you!! I was never disappointed.

I took my dog here for the first time today for a full groom. I was told she would be there a maximum of 3 hours with a drop off time of 10am. By 1:45/2pm their phones were off the hook and I did not hear about my pup yet so I became extremely concerned. We decided to show up and were told to give her 15 more minutes. After refusing to wait an extra 15 min longer, my dog was brought out and was only bathed AND one of her ears was cut shorter (unsure how this happened when she was not groomed anywhere else). That is all that was done in the whole 4 hours she was there. The groomer herself said my dog was only bathed and apologized for the busy weekend they had. An apology wouldn’t be needed if someone would have given me a heads up. I could have dropped her off at 2pm if she wasn’t going to be touched until then, instead my dog was left in a crate traumatized for 4 hours. Unacceptable.
