a bit overpriced and wasn’t a thrift/ vintage store as I was expecting since they order everything and have it in multiple sizes (which can be helpful). definitely some cute and unique pieces but to me didn’t seem worth the price, except for the rings and sunglasses they have. they also have a sales rack in case you might be interested. I do not plan on returning

This boutique store is a must-see if you don't want to look like the crowd. It offers different clothing choices from men to women. A shoe collection as well. An assortment of glasses and sunglasses. I didn't want to mention the jewelry because I want to go back and get some before they're all gone. Hope is a pleasure to converse with along with Rei. ???

A true gem! Boris and Natasha is a must-shop place for those seeking something unique. Grab a pair of kicks that you will love and nobody else will have. I fell in love with a jacket that I will be back for when the weather is cooler (if it’s still there). Charles was super helpful and kind!

What a breath of fresh air - Boris & Natasha feels like one of the few boutiques in Charlotte with personality along with the vintage shops. Hope does a great job curating interesting, modern pieces and I'm definitely going to be back for more! Bonus points for Hope being super easy to talk to and ask about styling.

Just an unpleasant visit all around. When we walked in, we were abruptly directed to use hand sanitizer for that was sitting a bit off from the door. We obliged & began browsing the racks, but must items weren't our personal style, which happens, no big deal. As I walked to the small sunglass section, the woman at the register gave me a diatribe about how all sunglasses were priced. There was a large dog behind the counter & I asked if the the dog belonged to the owner. The shop assistant kind of snorted & said, "Yeah." I just decided to leave so I grabbed my friends & we left without any further acknowledgement. However, I do recommend the adjoining thrift shop next to this place.

While my friend and I (who frequently visit this store and spend a lot of money here) visited this past Saturday felt completely disappointed and disrespected by the owner because her dog was barking while we had our dog outside on a leash (with her partner) while we wanted to shop and spend money inside. While we were browsing, the owner who was checking out other guests, made a snide comment, about how our dog should get away because her dog was resting in the store front window and the presence of our dog made her dog bark and snarl. She mad a really snide and rude comment to the guest she was helping and essentially told them that they (us) needed to get away from her store because her dog was barking at the sight of our dog. It was just uncalled for, rude, shitty and quite frankly just disrespectful. This area is a dog friendly area and if you don't want your dog to bark at other dogs, the maybe don't bring your dog to work. We will be avoiding your store in the future and make sure to inform other dog owners of your attitude and policies towards other dog owners in the area.

This place was AMAZING!! I stumbled on it late one Monday after dinner. I am definitely going back so I can spend more time there.The owner was super friendly and helpful. I loved all the products that she carried and found some really good stuff.

Fab finds and incredible customer service! My fave sunglasses were purchased here and the owner was kind enough to check for a second pair via Instagram (gotta have back ups) and hold them for me. One of a kind pieces for stylish Charlotte people!!

Hope is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I frequent this boutique whenever I need something truly special and unique. The last time I went, Hope helped me pick the perfect gift for my best friend and I even found an awesome suede jacket for myself. I love that she designs and creates her own jewelry that you can't find anywhere else! Her pieces are so special! Shop local and support this community institution!
