Following two months of unresolved issues with BMW Columbia, I sought assistance from BMW Hendrix. I was fortunate to be connected with Ben, whose exceptional service transformed my experience and restored my confidence in the BMW brand.
Ben addressed all of the concerns I had with my new BMW X5. He demonstrated remarkable patience, professionalism, and courtesy throughout the process of diagnosing and resolving a vibration issue.
Ben's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. His efforts have undoubtedly retained a loyal BMW customer. While the distance to BMW Hendrix is not ideal, the outstanding service provided by Ben makes it well worth the drive.

Always great service at BMW Independence Services. Jesse Walsh has been my Service Adviser for the past 8 years as always the best service. I had an issue and he was able to find a way to get me in the follow day and everything was fixed!

It was mediocre at best. It took longer and was more expensive than told even though it was a loose verbal quote. Communication was lacking. I waited hours past the expected pick up time to call but got no call back. A text came when it was ready. The rep did take the price down as a result so that was appreciated BUT it was still $150 above the original expectation. And this was just an emergency SOS system battery. If I was keeping the vehicle I would look for another shop.

I have been working with David Owen at the Hendrick BMW off Independence for 3 years. He provides a bespoke-white glove experience every time I arrive. He embraces my conversation, educates me (since i ask), and has created a professional experience that I now expect. His swift communication with me (via email or text) on the updates of my vehicle, is reassuring and allows me to plan my day. Unfortunately the service in Charlotte is not exceptional (comparing to my past life in Los Angeles)> David Owen gets it, he sets the bar, and not many are not able to reach!

This is my third time using BMW for scheduled maintenance on my BMW 4 series and each time I've never had problems scheduling an appointment and receiving notifications for upcoming appointments. The greeters here are very professional and they make sure to expedite getting your car checked in and an advisor talks with you.My service advisor Devin Vargo was polite, professional and courteous and definitely took care of me and my car. If you have an appointment, you can expect to wait an hour during busy times even for an oil change. However, their customer lounge is well equipped with comfortable chairs, a work station, television and snacks.Overall, the service here is excellent and goes to show you get what you pay for because yes you do pay a premium price for premium service. I would definitely recommend BMW Service Center and ask for Devin.
